What Our Patients Say About Us

Amazing Program

This program was exactly what I needed. I walked through the doors mentally down, physically malnourished and spiritually broken. The staff really takes their time with each client to provide an independent treatment program specified for each person while also integrating groups with other clients for a community feel as well. They helped me love myself again when I needed that help. From A to Z the staff goes above and beyond to make sure every client receives impeccable care whether it from one on one sessions with case managers, therapists or the doctor to group settings and self care including private massages from a licensed massage therapist and yoga classes from a talented and understanding yoga instructor. I also took advantage of the housing opportunity they offered which exceeded all expectations. The houses are professionally cleaned weekly and the food and amount you are offered helped me to get to a healthy weight while keeping a structured diet. I would never hesitate sending a loved one to this amazing team for life changing and life saving care.

The Best

This honestly is the best treatment center I've ever been to, and sadly, I've been to a few so I have a decent sample size. The staff and clinicians and even the owners treat everyone with love and care. I have five months in recovery and it is the best decision I've ever made. I'm currently going to college in New Jersey for biblical Studies and I owe my success to each and everyone that are involved with Vally Springs! Brian, Mike, AL, Loura, Zach Doc, Angie my list can go on and on all the Techs Everyone. There is not one bad person that works at the Vally Springs treatment center. These people have honestly changed my life. This is basically a small family and if you or a loved one is struggling with a problem. I can promise you there isn't a better place or a better group of people than the team at Vally Springs. From the bottom of my heart! Thank You for Everything Valley Spring Recovery!

Grateful

I am eternally grateful for all the staff here, especially John, who not only helped my husband become the man I fell in love with again…but also for his constant contact with me. If it weren’t for his phone calls updating me on his progress and easing my anxiety, I don’t know what I would have done. Thank you so much.

It cannot be more clear the profound impact that Sean has made in my recovery journey. Finding someone who can balance the weight of recovery with genuine humor is rare, and he embodies that perfectly. In this review I hope to captures his professional dedication and the personal connection that's been built. Title: An Inspiring Pillar of Support and Recovery I am writing this to express my deepest gratitude for Sean, who serves as a driver, BHT, and group facilitator at Valley Spring Recovery Center. Throughout my recovery, Sean has been an unwavering source of commitment, compassion, and strength. What sets Sean apart is his ability to meet you exactly where you are. Whether he is facilitating a group or simply driving a van, he brings a level of support and humor that can turn a difficult day around. He has a gift for making me laugh and helping me keep my head up during the toughest moments of this process. Sean’s dedication to his own recovery and his deep love for the AA fellowship are evident in everything he does. It is beyond inspiring to witness the way he faces life soberly, with total accountability for his past while remaining focused on a bright future. His transparency regarding his own journey—including the health and legal consequences he has navigated—serves as a powerful roadmap for those of us following in his footsteps. To me, Sean is more than just a staff member; he is a pillar of support in my sobriety, a trusted confidant, and someone I am proud to call a friend. If you are looking for someone who is always ready and willing to help with a passionate heart and a contagious spirit, Sean is that person.

I had the pleasure of being a cigar vendor at the Valley Springs alumni BBQ! It was an amazing turnout with such a close, supportive group. Ivan organized an incredible event with such attention to detail. There was a great live band, cool shirts, raffles, lawn games like corn hole and egg toss, and even a personal pizza oven. What stood out to me the most was the strong sense of community. You could truly see how much love and support there was within. Everyone was there for each other, laughing, reconnecting, and just enjoying being together. It was clear how much heart went into making the day special. Very grateful to be part of something so meaningful and hope to be attending many more.

Valley Spring Recovery Center truly changed my little brother Jordan’s life. From the moment he entered the program, he was treated with respect, care, and real compassion. The staff went above and beyond to support him—not just in his recovery, but as a person. I’ve seen such a positive change in his mindset, confidence, and overall well-being. Our family is incredibly grateful for the support and guidance Valley Spring provided. I honestly don’t know where he’d be without them.

Valley Spring Recovery Center seems almost tailormade for me. They totally speak my language and have met me where I'm at every step of the way. It has proven to be the Lord's hand at work. Never would I have thought to find such a blessing in recovery. The staff is caring, patient, compassionate, and 'above and beyond' helpful. In particular, Sean (transport) singlehandedly helped me in letting go of my over-dependency to my cane and I now enjoy a great deal more mobility. He has also selflessly transported me to and from all various locations (near and far) and has been a voice of wisdom, a pillar of support, and dependable to consistently evoke laughter or a smile whenever I need it most.
