How do I begin to write a review about a place that saved my life….no exaggeration! I was supposed to be at another facility, but got to be here. This detox/treatment center is the best of the best. If you want it, you will find it here. The building is so welcoming, the atmosphere is warm, the staff is kind, shares their stories to help you when you need it, groups are very important and focused on each individual. The rooms are big and beautiful! The staff though…I cried when I left. I can’t just name one, they all helped me heal in a way I needed to! So thank you to Shannon, Chloe, Charlotte, Whitney, Mama Susan, Wally, Travis, Natalie, Erin, Jazz, Alex, Spencer, Josh, Vanessa, the nurses at night, and the others!!!! People…the Director of Operations boss…his name is Mike, his dogs name is Charlie, he comes into the facility a few times a week to check on us, how we are, what we need, he knows us by name! Where will you find that??? Go to Still Detox…you won’t regret it, I promise. Oh, and the food, it’s amazing, but make sure to tell them you don’t want too much chicken. Shannon, the Director, used to be a chef, so she knows good food, it’s catered in, so it’s yummy. If you have a special diet, they accommodate that!!! (This is a picture of myself, Chloe my case manager and Shannon the Director a day before I was leaving, yes I was crying.)

I am writing this review with immense gratitude for the staff and commitment shown by this facility. During a difficult moment, my girlfriend decided to impulsively leave the program. Instead of simply letting her walk out—which would have been the easier path—the staff, led by her clinical director Shannon, immediately sprang into action. They called us and stayed engaged, making her feel supported and comfortable enough to voluntarily return and continue her treatment. The fact that the team chose to provide this level of intensive, personalized support speaks volumes about their client care and dedication to saving lives.This commitment is truly outstanding. We truly appreciate the extraordinary effort they put in. Thank you so much.

I’ve been calling around different treatment centers trying to get a sense of what’s out there, and Still Detox was the first place where I actually felt heard. The person, Alex, who picked up the phone was kind, patient, and just… real. No rushed answers, no sales pitch; just someone who listened and talked to me like a human being. He took the time to walk me through options and didn’t make me feel silly for asking basic questions. That alone eased a lot of the stress I’d been carrying. If the rest of the staff is anything like the person I spoke with, this place is in good hands.

Very pleased with my experience here. Unfortunately my journey in sobriety hasn’t been a one and done so I have other places to compare. Staff was amazing and followed through with everything they said they’d do or I asked. The techs interacted with patients and treated us kindly. Met with a doctor everyday who actually listened to my concerns. Nurses were great with suggestions on ways to cope with aches and pains. Clinical staff was very understanding and easy to open up to. If you are looking to get sober can’t recommend Still Detox enough.

Overall, my experience went great. i got lucky and had an amazing group of peers, whom i connected with. The staff really cares about you and it shows. However a lot of the problems are out of their hands and handled by the mysterious corporate without much explanation. At any facility there will be issues, so many personalities in one place going through the toughest times in their life. However, i would still recommend Still Detox to any and all struggling. The groups (though not always on time) taught me a lot. And the staff and other clients become family.
