The medical team was professional and attentive, making sure I was safe and comfortable throughout the detox process. The environment was clean, calm, and supportive—exactly what you need during such a vulnerable time. They took the time to explain everything and never made me feel judged. I’m incredibly grateful for the support I received here and would absolutely recommend Southeast Detox to anyone ready to take the first step toward recovery. Thank you, Southeast Detox team!

Im Tony, Let Me Tell You About My Experience At South East Detox. The Stay Was Calm, Cool, Fun Educational, Supportive, And Welcoming. The Staff Was The Nicest Ive Ever Encountered. Its The Home Away From Home Feeling. Like Seriously. Some Of The Best Days Of My Life. Both Kerri’s, Both Sierra’s, Angie, Ms Kathy, John, Jessica, Briona, Jimmy, All The Nurses, Amy, David, Heather, Sherri, Kyrie, Night Shift (can’t remember names lol) Senia, Ms Lisa, My main man Tony Tone. Dawson! And The My Hard Working, Sweet Case Worker Rhiannon!! If I Forgot Anyone. Please Forgive Me.

The quality of detox care here was better than expected. The staff is very friendly, and the food is good. The rooms are comfortable, with TV and showers. I learned a lot about myself, and my brain, to conquer my alcohol addiction. The therapy sessions are well worth it, and the 4 weeks flew by.

I’ve been to many treatment facilities and this one by far tops the rest. The BHT’s were very kind and compassionate. Some shared their own experiences in recovery which provided hope because once day I too hope to help others by sharing my own experience. My therapist David helped uncover some things I’ve held in for a very long time. My case manager Heather helped me with FMLA the first day she met with me and took the stress of losing my job away. I enjoyed John’s groups and his passion for recovery motivated even the ones who seemed they didn’t want to be there. Jessica the Director was very hands on and I felt I could go to her office and talk anytime I needed to. The food was good and I appreciated the option to get salads when I wanted them. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and I also enjoyed the fact that the TV’s had Netflix and other programs I could log into. Overall I can honestly say that I enjoyed my time here. Though I hope to never return unless it’s to stop by and say Thank you. 😊-Josh

I would give it 10 stars if I could. Staff is friendly, accommodating and available 24/7 with a smile. You actually meet with your therapist a couple times a week and the groups are helpful. Unlike other places, food is available all day and night, tvs in your room and they even do your laundry.
