Banyan – Boca

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here at the Boca treatment center. My case manager Toriah was extremely helpful and patient when handling my short term disability and submitted my forms. When it came to my discharge, she was amazing at making me feel comfortable moving to the next step. Definitely the best of the best!!!! The nurses and staff always greeted me with smiles and warmth. I will forever be grateful. Ms. T’s classes were by far the best and most inspiring and informative. She has a gift that I inspire to have. Ms. Claudette’s spirit emerges and embraces you and you can’t help but smile. You all will be missed. Thank you for the support and encouragement to be better.

I had an amazing experience here! The provider got my meds right. The nurses are BEYOND AMAZING staring with Jennafer my favorite nurse she helped me with all my medical needs; she is awesome i had a GREAT experience with her helping and caring for me each and everytime she worked she went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She deserves a raise with how hard she works im thankful and grateful for her and for Trinity & Ellyse as well they helped me along the way they are great! Thank you. Case managers Toriah helped me any day of the week she was very helpful and especially Sundays when she worked alone she helped us all. Im thankful for her hard work. She went above and beyond for not just me but others as well. She is awesome. Nicole as well helped me get to where I needed to be for my after care thank you for your work! Techs Barbra is amazing she gave good advice and helped me throught out the time I was here. Dwight helped me with advice along the way .Mr.Randy helped with anything I needed and with advice along the way Ms.Jenni helped me through out the way as well im thankful for her . Therapist Ms.Leisa Thankful for herfor helping me through out my time. She was very helpful Thank you to everyone again. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking help they are great and its about the great groups they have. Dont miss out

Banyan Boca literally saved my life. I have never felt more safe ever in my life. My case manager Toriah went above and beyond to make sure my after care was what was most beneficial for me. She’s a rockstar at her job. Kristin my therapist was also amazing. Everyone from the techs to the providers, Paula, were absolutely amazing. Ms Claudette the tech goes out of her way to take clients to watch the sunrise and also takes her lunch break to have bible study for clients. I recommend banyan to anyone. They saved my life.

There truly are not enough words to express how grateful I am for this rehab center and every single person who made my journey here so life changing. Coming here was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I can honestly say this place helped save my life and gave me hope again. My case manager, Nicole, is an absolute angel. She went above and beyond for me in ways I’ll never forget. Her kindness, patience, support, and genuine love for what she does made me feel seen, heard, and cared for every single day. She never gave up on me, even on the days I struggled to believe in myself. My therapist, Leisa, is hands down one of the most incredible therapists I have ever had. She helped me heal parts of myself I thought were broken forever. Her compassion, wisdom, and ability to truly understand people changed my life in ways I can’t fully explain. I will forever carry the things she taught me in my heart. A huge shoutout to Miss Claudette and Miss Barbara for being some of the sweetest, most caring, and most helpful techs ever. They brought comfort, laughter, encouragement, and warmth into this experience every single day. They genuinely care about every patient and it shows in everything they do. Honestly, the ENTIRE staff deserves recognition because every single person here pours their heart into helping others heal. From the techs, nurses, therapists, kitchen staff, housekeeping, and everyone behind the scenes . Thank you for creating such a loving, safe, and supportive environment. You can feel the compassion the moment you walk through the doors. The food was amazing, the environment was welcoming, and the peers I met here became like family to me. I came in feeling lost, hopeless, and broken, and I’m leaving stronger, healthier, and with so much more love for myself and life. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for helping me become myself again. I will never forget this place or the people who helped change my life forever.

My experience at Banyon Boca was awesome. Wonderful caring staff, excellent good and great groups. So thankful I was able to be here. I learned so much ! The caseworker Nicole was the best and extremely efficient. My therapist Keeann helped me tremendously.
