The Haven New England

The Haven provided much needed detox services at an excellent level of care. The nursing and clinical team go above and beyond to ensure your health in recovery. The aftercare team does an excellent job of providing you a foundation to grow in recovery in placement services if needed. The facility is clean and the food is excellent. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone struggling with addiction that wants help. I can’t thank them enough for how they have benefited me in my journey. Thank you to all the staff for their help.

I am still in awe of the incredible experience I had at The Haven of New England. From the moment I stepped foot on their beautiful campus, I knew I was in good hands. The facility is stunningly clean and well-maintained, making it a true haven (pun intended!) for those seeking recovery. But what truly sets The Haven apart is the staff. Every single person I encountered, from the admissions team to the medical professionals to the support staff, were nothing short of amazing. They were warm, caring, and genuinely invested in my well-being. Their customer service was top-notch, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and supported throughout my stay. And the food? Absolutely delicious! I was blown away by the variety and quality of the meals, which were not only nutritious but also presented with love and care. But what I'll always cherish most about my experience at The Haven is the impact it had on my life. My stay at the Haven in New England was top notch. Great staff, great cooks/kitchen staff, and the physicality itself was kept clean throughout my time there. Everyone there made sure I was kept comfortable during my stay. The team at the Haven New England put me in a position to be successful after treatment, and I will forever be grateful for the time I spent at the residential.

My name is Kerstie, I was just discharged from the Mental health part of The Haven. This place is one of the best programs I've been too, I would highly recommend anyone to go to this place if you need your mental health reevaluated. I lost my mom almost 1 month ago (9/4/2024) and I felt like my mental state was compromised. Betty was one of my favorite Techs there and I'm going to miss her like crazy. Keep up the great work you guys are the best!..! P.S. Y'all need a new ice cream machine..

I came to The Haven New England’s new psychiatric hospital in terrible shape. The kindness of the staff and compassion of the other clients gave me an amazing experience, one I will never forget. I am so grateful for the support and encouragement that I received there. The rooms were well appointed and extremely comfortable. The food was good. I highly recommend this facility to anyone struggling.
