The approach we take is that addiction is a chronic condition of the brain, no different than diabetes or cardiovascular disease, and requires medical treatment by healthcare professionals who have the passion and expertise to support the needs of those battling alcohol or drug addiction. Over 80% of those struggling with addiction also struggle with a co-occurring mental health condition or a dual diagnosis.

The Aviary changed my life, I was there in 2019 and I am still clean today. With their help and guidence I was able to change for the better. They have amazing nurses and techs that genuinely care for the patients and are always there to help and listen. I was there twice, pretty much back to back. It was and still is one of the best experiences I have ever had. Their groups are truly amazing and really help you get back to yourself. They have amazing counseling and the property itself is beautiful. Being there really gives you a chance to get clean and stay clean. I will always recommend The Aviary!
Unfortunately, this is not my first round in treatment. I had 14 years sober and ended up back in worse shape than before. Serious narcotic and alcohol problem. Detox sucks, plain and simple and it always will. People complain like it's going to be a cake walk getting clean. It's not. It's hard as hell Staff saved my life. And I've been to MANY treatments and if you are willing to do the work it can change your life. Casey, you're my boy BLUE!

The Aviary Recovery Center is the best!! I was lost in my addiction and the Aviary gave me the tools to find my way to a happy and free life. I am able to enjoy life on its terms and use the tools that were taught here to deal with life without substances when it throws punches. The staff are very knowledgeable and want you to succeed and most, if not all, are recovering addicts or have first hand experience dealing with addiction. The Aviary is a great place to grow!!
I’ll let you in on a little secret, this is truly the best experience for a treatment you could ever hope for. The individuals who work for the Aviary are truly some of the best people that I have met in my life and have saved my life twice now. Everyone from the CEO down to the cooks are truly invested in each individual that walks through the door. The Aviary has saved my life twice now and has been there for me when I had no place else to turn to, they were there to pick me up when I fell, and they cared and gave me hope again. If you think this place is just here to get that insurance money, I’m sorry but you are wrong. Each person who is involved with the Aviary is invested in saving lives and better the lives of each and every client, the only thing that the Aviary wants is to help rid clients of the disease of addiction. If you are looking at this and wondering if this is the place for you, it is, I promise, this place has nothing but love and hope for individuals who want to change their lives for the better.
