What Our Patients Say About Us
Reviews
I would like to take this time and give our Slow family their flowers! They truly, truly care. This is not a one-sided facility. What I love about them is that the initial phone call with Intake sets the tone. They truly treat you like family. They come up with a true treatment plan tailored to start the healing process for your loved one. I sincerely can write a book. When my daughter came to them initially, we had been to facility after facility, and when I found Slow and talked to Josh, I knew it was different. If you are looking for love and healing, please take your loved ones to Slow. The entire staff from the intake team, clinical team, and all of the therapists, techs and support staff really take their time.
My daughter has been blessed to have all of her angels. Because it's so scary when you are not sure what's going on with your loved ones.
I would love to drop names, but they are all amazing and take time to.pour back into your love ones! That means alot..
My family is truly grateful! ❤️
There is so much I can say about this amazing facility. Again, if you are looking for healing and lots love! Please take your loved ones to Slow.
Thank you
Sherree and family
I've been to a lot of treatment centers over the years. The residential program was fantastic. Empathetic staff, rewarding groups, clean facility, and three hot meals a day, which were delicious (shout out to the chefs of SLOW). The therapists genuinely care about your treatment.
Bottom line, if you are looking for residential treatment, I can wholeheartedly recommend this facility/program.
All I can say, is Thank you to all the staff at S.L.O.W. what a great place to have in your life. They go above and beyond to help in anyway possible. And are the best group to help you or your love ones. They feel like family that we all need in our life. Trust the process when you get to know them. I am so thankful for them helping my family get thru some of our toughest times ever. Hugs to Josh, Cody, Bob, Haley and all of the staff. I am so thankful for you and what you do in this world. I am again, thankful.
First and foremost, I would like to say that SLOW treated my young adult child as more than just a means to earn money - SLOW cared about getting my loved one the help needed in order to get back on their feet and on their way to a successful life. The follow ups that my young adult child received after completing treatment at SLOW were beneficial to their journey. After the completion of treatment at SLOW, the help and support we have received has been above and beyond what I would have expected and appreciated more than I can put into a Google Review. I don't believe my young adult child would be with us today had SLOW not been involved in their journey.
I have a daughter that recently went into the program at SLOW. She was transferred from Ridgeview and I was a complete mess as no-one at Ridgeview would give me the time of day to even explain the expected process. Being that my daughter is 23 years old, I had no legal rights to understand what she was going through at Ridgeview or even the next steps to her road to recovery.
When I heard that Ridgeview was going to transfer my daughter to SLOW, I called SLOW to try to understand the process and Josh had answered the phone. He was so kind and understanding and explained the process of what happens next and stayed in close contact with me until she was transferred there. Her discharge was postponed twice. I honestly do not know how I would have made it through the last month without Josh’s kindness and professionalism.
He is one of the most kind, patient and understanding person that I have ever interacted with and I am so forever grateful for him and SLOW is very very lucky to have him.
