See purpose was amazing, The staff treated me with the upmost respect, My case Manager was amazing,my Therapist was amazing , They set me up with amazing Aftercare as well , I'm so grateful For See Purpose , Thanks To all the staff, love you all!!!
I loved my experience at See Purpose! The staff was amazing and helpful with everything, even if it was just someone to talk to. I appreciate everyone there and highly recommend going there for help with your recovery. I wouldn’t change anything about my experience there! You will learn a lot, not only your addiction, but also your mental health. The food was amazing as well. I love my new See Purpose family and am so thankful for them🫶🏻
I came to See Purpose at the beginning of 2024 and stayed for a month to assist with my addiction.
upon arriving, the intake team couldn't have been any more sincere and passionate about my needs. They welcomed me with smiles, words of empowerment, and words of encouragement. I felt like the team that welcomed me really made my visit kick off to a great start.
After being admitted as a resident the entire team at See Purpose always made sure I was never left alone. Everyone on their team made sure I knew what was where, schedules, food needs and WANTS-0 yes, they want to know what you like to eat. This made the first week just fun and rewarding.
As I started to get to know the routines I realized how rewarding See Purpose was for my recovery. The entire therapy team made sure I knew whom my case managers, therapists, and resources were so I never had a question unanswered. Additionally, the team carefully catered a recovery plan just for me as they do for all. They did warn me that because they develop individual plans don't expect a full plan in minutes. They take a day or so to write out a plan to adapt to my learning needs, my schedule and what the best times of the day to meet are, and show a sincere interest on their clinical experience to give you the best tools to succeed. Oh, and something important. They are always there for you and work 24/7. I really liked how they catered solutions instead of a blanket one size fits all approach. Kind of nice that they listened to me and adjusted the entire time.
See Purpose makes strives to keep you busy the entire time. Your schedule will be packed from sun up to sunset. They ensure you attend 2 groups every morning, 2 every afternoon, plenty of time for lunch- they never rush you, and ensure you get ample breaks between just to have some freedom.
While the above schedule might seem like a lot you get many breaks to attend nuero sessions, EMDR sessions, and meet with your therapy teams one on one. They also have plenty of offsite activities like attending local meetings, equine activities, and more. You really get an opportunity to explore all their treatment options instead of being thrown into a boring classroom listening to boring lectures. They also encourage and demand you speak up. They want to hear you to help guide you and do a fantastic job letting your peers be part of your recovery.
The staff strives on hearing from you. If you have an idea, they want to know. Seriously, if they over hear you share an idea with a peer they will callk you in their office privately and want to know more about your ideas and thoughts. And no, they don't do this to just make you feel good. They are open to all ideas and suggestions and incorporate many of them.
Food is absolutely epic. Libby, head chef goes out of her way to ensure food quality and presentation is always a 10/10. If she isn't 100% confident in her skills, she won't serve. It must pass her taste test and presentation test. And when I say they want to know what you like, Chef Libby always goes above and beyond. And, she will always pull you aside to remind you how special you are, offer words of empowerment, and make sure you know she has you under her wing. If Chef Libby senses you're having a bad day, her mom side comes out and she takes care of all of us to know we are cared for.
In summary, I can't say enough great things about See Purpose. They will always be my family in my heart and not a day goes by I don't think of one of them. Yeah, they are that amazing at what they do. Bravo to everyone at See Purpose. They believe in you.
