About Olalla Recovery Centers

Inpatient & Outpatient Treatment In The Seattle Area

Since 1969 we’ve been on the front lines offering Hope & Healing to families and communities affected by addiction

Since 1969, we have been committed to effectively treating all aspects of drug and alcohol addictions, including the needs of special populations.  Through skilled inpatient and outpatient care and services, we provide the means to achieve and maintain total abstinence.  Patients are respected, their confidentiality is observed, and understanding extended to them during this difficult time.  Olalla Recovery Centers has been helping individuals begin a path of rehabilitation and recovery from drug and alcohol addictions at our two alcohol and drug rehabilitation, recovery treatment centers.  We offer a residential drug and alcohol treatment program in Olalla and an outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program in Gig Harbor.  A primary focus is to treat each patient with respect and dignity.  We recognize each person as a unique individual with unique circumstances.

What Our Patients Say About Us

This place saved me

This place saved me. I’m so grateful for this inpatient treatment center. I wouldn’t be where I am today, if I didn’t go here. I love the holistic approach too. All the employees were wonderful, especially my counselor Peper💖 I just went to their alumni bbq on the 27th.
I will have 7 years clean in October!!! SO freaking happy.

Thank you so much for saving my life!!

If you’re reading this and thinking about choosing Olalla for treatment, DO IT! Don’t believe any of the negative reviews. I was here for only 28 days in February of 2020 and I have been sober ever since (1 year and 4 months). This is the absolute best alternative to Christian-based recovery programs. I genuinely did not have hope I would recover until I went here. The staff, programs and property layout are incredible; They will help you change your life if you work for it. Whenever I think about my time there I tear up with happiness from the friendships, memories and what they’ve done for me. This wasn’t my first recovery program but I truly believe it was my last. Thank you so much for saving my life!! ❤️

Absolutely Loved my stay at Olalla! Great meals everyday 🙌🏼 coffee too(if ya get up early enough). The staff I had during my experience were some of the best counselors & people you’ll meet! Counselors will definitely call you on your BULLSHIT & keep you accountable(Can’t bullshit a bullshitter, they say). So good luck trying to skate by or just faking it to make it. I got down to some good core roots I never thought of before, got a lot of “Dark Things” out in my time here too. Also not too bad of classes either! With a slightly more stoic approach one could say maybe, lots of good new info! Also, when you get towards the end of your stay, if you’re feeling not quite ready to leave, you can ask for extension(s) too. 🙌🏼 This place is really about their patients, as groups tend to be no bigger than 6-12 people, so, plenty of questions to be asked, searched for, & answered!!! I was in the Falcon Group, our group never got bigger than 6-7 people. And it’s males with males & females do there daily groups with just females, allowing for a little more comfort/support when sharing personal matters. Absolutely love Olalla & would recommend this inpatient facility to ANYONE struggling with addiction!! 10/10 ⭐️’s 🩶💛🩶

I just graduated from here and it's truly a magical place if u do the work on yourself. U definitely get back what u put into it and then some. The energy is amazing. Staff is phenomenal, the director Derek is one of the most amazing people u can ever meet. and It truly felt like a family at summer camp except I left there with a huge part of my trauma healed. And I feel fully confident they did everything they possibly could to help me and navigate my plans for when I graduated. I not only left there with knowledge and tools but a family i can reach out to and i found true friends. This place is Truly amazing!!! And I'm so grateful i had the opportunity to go here!!!!!!!

It was so nice I had to try it twice! Because for me that is what it took! The staff was extremely helpful & consistently expressed and showed their concern for me and the other "guests"! I was very thankful that they payed close attention to the "problems" I have in my life and remembered the ones that I began working on the first time around! At times it felt like I was just passing through and they just moved on after I left! But I am glad it wasn't true; because by their dedication and remembering the things I shared it made my recovery process that much easier to pickup where I left off (instead of having to repeat it all over from the beginning)! And gave me the strength and courage to dig deeper and work harder! If I had to sum it up in one phrase I would say "It was like spending summer vacation at Grandma's house, before going back to school"! Because grandma's always a good person to go visit and talk to and receive advice and encouragement about the things that Im doing right and wrong! And grandma never runs out of food!
