Northpoint Nebraska

Mission & Vision

Since our founding in 2015, we have expanded to include a dynamic range of mental health and adolescent services, spanning four states, fifteen facilities, and growing. Like all great companies, we evaluate our business on a regular basis and calibrate to our core values and our mission as we serve our patient’s physical health, mental health, and addiction recovery needs. The Northpoint Core Values and Purpose is a doctrine we live by and, since its inception, has included a general treatment philosophy grounded in abstinence-based principles, meaning free from use of habit-forming medications upon discharge. We have historically defined what we do as follows:

“We deliver a safe, supportive environment for abstinence-based treatment of addiction and improved mental health.”

To determine the most evidence-based approach, we will continue to rely on our expert Interdisciplinary team of medical and psychiatric providers, nurses, clinicians, and caring support staff to thoroughly understand the individual needs of our patients. We are also mindful to adhere to state legislative requirements that influence treatment plans, discharge options, and risk factors. To avoid any unspoken assumptions or confusion, we believe it is important to be forthright in our efforts to expand our philosophy to allow for medication-assisted Treatment approaches, where appropriate, as there is now abundant evidence about what is proven to be effective. This does not mean that we are moving towards becoming a Suboxone clinic, a pain management clinic, or any other loosely associated reason to use potentially controversial medications. It does mean that we do what works in providing safe, highly individualized care and in doing right by every patient. We are moving forward with a refined definition of what we do as follows:

“We deliver a safe, supportive environment for recovery from addiction and improved mental health.”

What Our Patients Say About Us

Fantastic place for those needing help

Fantastic place for those needing help. Facility is modern, clean, and nice. Staff is amazing. The nurses, techs and therapists are very helpful. The food is good. The environment with peers and staff was so much more welcoming and helpful than I could have ever imagined. I did have a small issue and mentioned it to the program director, and she personally sat one on one with me and resolved the problem immediately. I think this speaks volumes to how serious Northpoint takes recovery and every one of their patients. Seriously can not speak highly enough of this recovery center.

Northpoint‘s is a fantastic facility with a wide cadre of staff.

Northpoint‘s is a fantastic facility with a wide cadre of staff. From therapists, nurses, caseworkers, techs and administrative staff, they all coordinate to get you on the path to sobriety.
They truly treat you like a person and not just a client.

If you are looking to make some changes in your life, regarding substance-abuse and sobriety, I would highly recommend Northpoint to anyone who would like to make a positive change in their lifestyle.

If you’re ready, this is where you need to go

I don’t know how to speak highly enough of Northpoint and do this place and everyone there the justice they all deserve. I started at Northpoint in their PHP Program and am getting ready to graduate from that program to the IOP Program. I will actually be a sweet sorrow as I get up every morning looking forward to arriving at Northpoint and being with my peers. Their intensive program is group based with individual sessions as well. An on-staff NP and Psychiatrist. Almost the entire staff comes from a background of needing the services themselves so they relate to everyone on the same level. I have made life long friends. The group aspect allows you to learn from the counselors as well as the everyone attending the program. I enjoy that the counselors take turns working with the groups so you get a different personality and approach to life long lessons and not just the same counselor with their one style. They go above and beyond to offer groups such as Alumni so you can rest assured that they don’t just turn you loose. The amount of resources they offer is exceptional- even doing a monthly outing for everyone if you so choose. From a mental health standpoint, I have learned more about myself and am able to am more capable of managing my anxiety and depression than I have after 11+ years of my own doctors and counselors. If you’re ready, this is where you need to go.
