What Our Patients Say About Us

Amazing staff and a great experience! They give you every tool available to help you maintain your sobriety once you leave. One of the best facilities out there to get through detox, evolve in groups, establish a true sense of who you are. Very welcoming peers upon arrival as well. Just try to step outside your comfort zone and you will be fully embraced in this loving community within Northpoint. You can do this…together, WE GOT THIS!:)

I’m not sure how to even begin. I remember looking at these reviews before going in and I was just so terrified to go to rehab. Northpoint completely changed my life. I cant begin to describe how amazing the techs, facility, nurses and just patients in general are! The groups were unbelievable and nothing like I expected. The place is so nice and so fun and I have made friends for life. I honestly felt like I was at a resort and I wanted to stay another week! I know how terrifying it is to take that first step but I promise anyone who is reading this that it is so worth it. I have never felt better and Northpoint is the BEST place to go.

This has been a wonderful experience! The staff are caring and understanding! The Medical nurses are kind and understanding and they made detox as comfortable and tolerable as possible. The sense of community was so strong it got my recovery on a great path! The rooms and beds were comfortable and the food was amazing! The counselors and techs were so understanding and informative. This was not my first rehab as a matter of fact this would be my fourth in the last 12 years and I got so much more from this program! I would highly recommend northpoint recovery to anyone!

I had the absolute BEST experience I could have ever hoped for at Northpoint. Every single staff member (techs, nurses, medical providers, even the kitchen staff!!!) was so kind, caring, and patient. the groups and classes were genuinely so valuable to my time in rehab and the curriculum about addiction was super helpful and interesting. The environment that was cultivated was very much a close knit community, all the patients are so kind to each other and supportive and inclusive. Also, the food was really good which is so important. I really cannot speak highly enough of this place! If you’re ready to get your life back, go to Northpoint! (They allow methodone and suboxone and they let you smoke cigs/vapes/etc. This was important to me when I was deciding where to go)

NorthPoint Recovery was a phenomenal treatment experience. The groups were engaging and meaningful, and the peers in the program were supportive and genuinely invested in recovery. The staff were incredibly caring and compassionate, and the nurses were knowledgeable and attentive. The facility itself was comfortable and well maintained, which made it easier to focus on healing. I’m truly grateful for the support and structure I found here and would highly recommend NorthPoint to anyone seeking help with recovery.

I really have a lot of loyalty for this rehab. I began my out patient journey by going to a different rehab in Northern Colorado and things were bad to put it lightly. I reached out to Redpoint and they gave major mixed signaling as I visited their facility to get help there instead. They refused to give me help; explaining an ROI from the place I was from was Legal Priority. They lied. I walked in this place as a second option, they immediately took me, never needing any ROI or paperwork about my situation. Northpoint trusted me. And with that, I trusted them. It’s been almost 2 years since I went here after a disastrous early recovery at a different rehab. With places like Redpoint not even trusting me even visiting them multiple times and they wouldn’t take me in. Northpoint did. And thanks to Northpoint I had my switch in my recovery that I needed not only for my sobriety, but for my life. Northpoint sets the example of how places should be. It was almost a game to me to test the staff with whatever tricks I had up my sleeve at the time. I’m just gonna say this. Some people who work / use to work at NorthPoint in 2024 when I came here are BETTER than IV League Level Therapists I met at world renowned inpatients for Hollywood stars and Billionaires. Because I’ve been to places like that. And the NorthPoint 2024 Staff were better than them. The 2024 NorthPoint Team was something else. As the years gone on, I finally was accepted to Redpoint. With my history with them and not giving me help when I needed it, they were also a major disappointment compared to you guys. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is I heard you guys cut funding and it’s why the 2024 squad doesn’t exist anymore. I’ve heard mixed things now. Ps. also the Alumni Program is very good here too. If anything wrong happens, I’d come here again. This is still the best place to go in Northern Colorado Hands Down. There are a lot of things Northpoint has designed in their blueprint which makes your experience a lot better. This place made me get through a breakup sober in the early months, and put me on the right track, with friends I still have from here. And I’m still sober. Lots of Love ~Matt

This was my first time doing inpatient and I had an amazing experience. I was extremely comfortable with the staff and my peers in there. I’m glad I made the choice to do this and I would highly recommend for anyone who is struggling to check out Northpoint in Loveland. My favorite part about Northpoint is the community that is established for you after you leave inpatient. The alumni meetings are great and I constantly meet people who have attended Northpoint, we are all like one big family.

I was a client at North Point from 10/04/25-11/08/25. My entire experience in this particular residential treatment center was amazing! All of the therapists there were very informative and made the learning applicable and didn't seem like they were speaking a foreign language! They provided ample room for us to have feedback and share and also knew when to reel in the conversation to get back on track as sometimes people would get a little off on tangents which was refreshing because for some of us that was very triggering for past experiences and frustrations. My binder of information is a 3-in binder and it is chock full and I have looked back on it frequently to remember some of the information I learned while I was there! The group of people /clients that were there with me in the month of October were amazing. We truly formed some meaningful bonds and it really felt like family the way that we took care of each other and listened and were there for each other! The food was phenomenal. Everything made from scratch. Even the soups and the green chili was very delicious! I got to know each of the kitchen stuff by name and Pete-y, Rosa, & Mariah always had a smile on their face. And sometimes if I wanted and there was enough they would get me an extra dessert! I would say my overall experience. I would give it a five star out of five and I have continued with the aftercare program doing IOP 3 days a week and that is wonderful addition for us as alumni because I have been to rehab five other times and there was no aftercare of any sorts! Once I left rehab they were done! I feel so much support and it's nice to see some of the therapists I had while I was in treatment and meeting the outpatient therapist. They are all great. Also! I love attending the alumni meetings on Friday nights because it gives me a chance to see some of the people I was there with and also others that I know from the recovery Community and I look forward to joining some of the alumni barbecues and other activities if I'm not working because it's just great to be able to spend time doing fun things with my sober friends and I truly do feel that I made some lifelong friends while at North Point! One last note, it was very nice that they allow smoking and vaping at North Point because I've attended other rehabs where it was not allowed and that was very big struggle to not be able to have my nicotine fix well-being in rehab for 30 days. So that was much appreciated! The nursing staff was so sweet and kind. They sometimes joined us on our walks around the lake, which was nice to get to know them a little better and I really appreciated that we could go off-site to NA meetings and Dharma meetings and on Wednesdays go to the library and to a park so we got some time to spend away from the building which I found gave me a piece of normalcy being able to leave the"Bubble" of Rehab! Thank you to North Point administration, especially Tom, all of the therapists and the Techs, Kitchen Staff & Nurses!!! YOU ALL DEFINITELY SAVED MY LIFE!!!
