North Point – Colorado

The councilors are GREAT and several of the techs are AMAZING. Mason, Tony, Amy Joy, Gabby, Kelvin, and Tina are particularly awesome. Great support but can feel a little like daycare, some techs seem to be on a power trip and treated us like toddlers which rubbed me the wrong way but it did seem like administration was listening to us and trying to make real change. Really great info in the groups and the nurses are really really great, consistent individual counseling was an issue. I literally had one individual counseling session with my assigned counselor the entire time, I know they were hiring more councilors though so that’s probably already resolved. Overall a great program that is working to be better. The support for alumni is GREAT. I have stepped down to their PHP program and I’ve had a great experience with that so far too

My friend had a very positive experience at Northpoint Recovery. The facility is modern, clean, and comfortable, which made a big difference in his time there. The staff were consistently friendly, supportive, and professional - they truly care about the well-being of their clients. He felt safe and respected throughout his recovery process. I would absolutely recommend Northpoint to anyone seeking rehabilitation services.

I really like the entire program. I learned another, more than other places. The food was excellent, staff was great. Many different classes and activities. Made lots of friends that I stay in touch with, looking forward to the alumni meetings. Im in sober living out of the area, trying to make plans to get to the events. I recommend Nprth Point all the way.

Northpoint Recovery was and with great supportive outpatient care continues to be a great experience. The staff and councelors are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This facility provides an amazing sense of community that exists both in the inpatient program and can continue on afterwards if you so choose. Great structure with lots of opportunities and resources to gain knowledge about yourself, addiction, and mental health in general. Oh yeah and the food pretty good too!

I went to Northpoint in November of 2022. This facility offered an array of services and classes. This facility saved my life. The music classes were always my favorite and the food was amazing. There were art supplies and fun games to play to pass the time. I loved having my own room and bathroom. The staff was so nice and took care of me. They were there for good and bad moments. I met a lot of people that mean a lot to me.
