This place is truly a life saver. Great nurses, great techs. Sweet rooms. I love the bathroom with the shower I am going to miss plus the oatmeal. I ate 6 bowls everyday. If you are struggling with addiction come here. They will take very good care of you ❤️. You will create a family here that you can carry out for extra support after you leave. Hopefully complete the 28 day program. It will save your life.

I'm extremely grateful for North Point Recovery, now and forever. They not only assisted in saving my life, but they also taught me how to connect with my peers, which in my opinion, is the very thing that helps you remain clean and sober. I would've loved to have Church on Sundays, more process groups, and a better team, as far as discharging goes. I came here from a completely different state in order to get clean and sober. I went to detox first who then aided in my acceptance into North Point Recovery. My 28 days was approaching quickly, I filed for an extension as I was applying into a lot of sober living houses only to be told my extension was denied. I had to leave there with absolutely no plan in place, as well as other clients. If it's a "safe environment" why are all these people displaced and scrambling to get themselves into a real safe environment. The lower management staff as in the techs and case managers, they were wonderful and aiding anything you needed as well as the counselors there. On the hard days my counselor went above and beyond for me!! That's how it is at North point recovery!! 🙏🏻🙌🏻

Northpoint was an amazing and life changing experience for me. It had its faults, most of which stemmed from staffing issues, but it was actually great that they were extremely selective with who they hired. I'm so glad I came to Northpoint as opposed to any other treatment center, and the programing was great, if not a bit to forced. All of the patients were awesome to be around, and if I really had to do it all over again, I would come back here. Here's hoping I don't have to.

My experience with Northpoint Recovery has been life changing! From my initial phone call to the day I discharged I was treated with the upmost care and treatment. My intake was smooth and thorough. All the nurses made sure to understand my treatment needs. They really listened and cared. I felt seen and heard during a time that can feel uncertain and scary. They were attentive during my detox and since I was a fall risk they made my needs easily accessible and prompt with a call button. The room was very clean and welcoming and they made sure to match you with roommates that were a good match when possible. The groups were very informative and useful towards recovery. The counselors were highly invested with the patients during group and had a great understanding of what we were going through. They were empathetic and caring. I gained value from every group and nothing felt repetitive. A lot of classes took a creative approach which I appreciated! There was also balance in the days with yoga, sound baths(my favorite!) gym time, an art room, Media rooms, weekly offsite field trips and therapy dog visits. The meals were served on time and made with care. Petey is awesome in the kitchen with tasty recipes and the Kitchen staff was so friendly and accommodating to specific dietary needs. The nurse station for medication and medical needs were excellent. They were friendly and caring as well. All the Techs running the floors took the time to get to know us and were happy to help us! Although no rehab facility is perfect,Northpoint has made great strides to meet the needs of their patients since my initial stay in 2021. Thank you Northpoint for a positive 28 day experience. The knowledge and skills I gained are immeasurable and I am forever indebted. The focus on self-discovery,focus on step down process and follow up care I have found to be paramount in early recovery.
