Lumiere Healing Centers

I went to Lumiere Healing Center in West Chester- seeking desperate help to overcome my addiction to alcohol. I had a very good experience at Lumire. I stayed at Lumire for treatment which was a little over 1 month long. I left with much needed sobriety under my belt - along with feeling at peace with myself. I left feeling stronger, and able to re-enter the world using my gained “tools” to keep up the pace of no longer drinking. I currently am continuing outpatient treatment with Lumiere along with consistently engaging in the Fellowship of AA. I’m thankful to be sober- I feel better in control of my life and feel very good about that! Life is better without the agony of addiction pulling you down. No question about that!

I’ve been to 3 other recovery places before coming to Lumiere. I have to say, they are the best by far. With the kindest staff that actually care about each individual. You actually see the nurse practitioner for the right care, a therapist to help guide you through the process, really listen to you. Hannah at the front desk is the glue of the place, super sweet. If you really are struggling with recovery, and need a really good place to get help, where both staff and patients are kind, Lumiere is the place for you!

I'm a former patient of Lumier 's 10 day detox and 30 residential facility. In all, I feel the detox portion of Lumier is warm and welcoming, ex specially with having their hands full most days. The nurses do their utmost of their ability and more when it comes to the concerns of their patients. My only problem is I feel they are ran thin... meaning working on overload. Ones, such as I, take/took for granted how hard it is to...be delt with when detoxing. The rooms are comfortable and the meals are warm. It's also very spacious and has a homey feel. As for the 30 day residential I have nothing but kind things to say. IF YOU TAKE THIS PROGRAM FOR WHAT IT IS...IT WORKS!!! Instead of noticing the downfalls; for which are slim, take the time to truly find yourselves, forgive yourselves, and free yourselves. Let your pressure valve go and try and relax. Rooms are tidy and neat. The staff is fantastic and very helpful 🙂. They are at your disposal, so use them. DOWNFALL...Able to see the doctor is quite difficult. Have to asking to see him In all, my experience at Lumier influenced my thoughts and gave me a path to the future 😀. FOR THIS I AM GRATEFUL. With my heartfelt wishes for your journey, Kristan 🌹

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lumiere Healing Center is an outstanding treatment center that truly goes above and beyond. From detox to outpatient, the care here is unmatched. The food is amazing — they have real chefs who prepare fresh, delicious meals every day, and they actually remember your name from day one Laura is amazing her food is outstanding which makes a huge difference during treatment. The staff is incredibly kind and supportive. The nurses make you feel like family, especially Stephanie, who is absolutely amazing, and London, who always has a smile on her face. Ian is wonderful and genuinely cares about everyone. Dr. Katie, the detox doctor, is the best — compassionate, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the process. I am especially grateful for Dr. Kenisha at the outpatient building. She has helped me tremendously with my health and guided me through some very big decisions regarding my care. She is amazing, and I am truly grateful to have her support. All of the BHTs are awesome and always available. The outpatient program and classes are incredible and truly helpful. BJ runs the house extremely well, and everything is organized and comfortable. Hanna is the first person you meet when you arrive for outpatient, and she makes a great first impression — welcoming, kind, and professional. I highly recommend Lumiere Healing Center to anyone looking for real support, healing, and compassionate care.

If you are seriously wanting to get clean and change your life forever then Lumiere is the place that can help you achieve this. I can't say much about detox here because I detoxed at a hospital but the residential program there was better by far than any other program I've been to. Every employee I came in contact with seemed to legitimately care about me and my needs. The food is great, the rooms have TV'S and bathrooms with shower. No community facilities like other places. (Only share your bathroom with your roommate.) Choosing Lumiere was the best decision I've ever made for my recovery. 4 days clean was all I could manage before Lumiere. With their help I'm at 42 days clean of everything. Thank you Lumiere!
