Lotus has been the best support system in my sobriety! Not only have they helped me with sobriety but I have been helped with many resources for obtaining housing, Frankie personally rented a Uhaul with a COMPLETE apartment set of furniture from another organization! Conrad has made himself available for questions and help ANYTIME! Megan helped me with maternity clothes as well as baby clothes! The whole team treats you with respect and care! They genuinely want to see you excel in life! I feel like Lotus employees are like family because they have seen me at my lows and helped me up as well as cheered me on at my highs! If you are thinking about becoming a client at lotus recovery,I would do it immediately! They are NOT like any other maintenance clinic I PROMISE YOU!

That's a lie about the transportation that they offer their. I ran into a house manager I met in a hallway house from Coras his name is Fred V. When I asked him what he was doing he said he was working at Coras and he loved it. We talked and he offered me there MAT services. I was going to Coras in Newark, before that I was going to Brandywine which was a nightmare. The location in prices corner was close to me ( I live on DuPont Rd two miles away). I asked him if they transportation services there and he told me they did, up and back. The driver is Phil, He picked me up everyday and dropped me off at my door. I even had two numbers to call him. I don't know what other people think but that's the best methadone clinic I've ever experienced encounter. You go in put your ID number in the kiosk and wait for your number to be called then you go up when called by the TV( it calls your number. Sometimes it was 1 hr to get picked up and dropped off. It is by far the best methadone clinic in Delaware. The staff is great, the groups are great. Fred, Katie are great, give them a raise for there services. They are always smiling, give you correct information, and be a ear when you need to talk. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Lotus was an essential part of the beginning of my journey. The staff is what makes their program work. They support the community and provide life changing/saving resources that help rebuild a person's self worth and value as a contributing member of society. Thanx to all the staff because you all genuinely cared and did your best to help me.

Lotus Recovery is a new place, and let me tell you, they have it right so far. If you have been to Kirkwood and all the others, you know what I mean. They treat people with respect, they are compassionate, they are willing to listen(I mean really listen) because they care. Their services are professional and in my experience the staff is great.
