Reviews
First and foremost, I have been to MANY treatment centers over the course of 7 years. We Level Up has the most relatable staff, and engagement activities that really allow you to grow together as a community (because connection is so important). Brent is AMAZING, if you have trauma or complex trauma that you’ve never addressed it will absolutely change your perspective. Tony, Jimmy, Cheryl, Pam, Jenn, Ben, and EVERYONE ELSE- from the bottom of my dark heart, thank you all so much. 🖤
Amazing facility, was a little nervous at first but I had an amazing time, didn’t want to leave once I got comfortable, all the groups are amazing (especially Ben’s) the staff is wonderful and super caring, they definitely help in every way they can to accommodate your needs. I’m very glad I came to level up, taught me a lot about myself in such a short amount of time. Thank you to all the staff (especially Fernandy) and all the cooks for the hospitality and kindness.
This place was light years better than Beacon. They really do a good job at setting you up for success. They deal with a lot of people in detox/residential level of care and don't try to hold you the way beacon did. I felt more like a genuine care was given. From the techs to the kitchen staff, all around a good experience!
This was my second go round with treatment and I have to say I am more than satisfied with the level of care at this facility. The trauma classes helped me to address some of my core issues and helped validate the needs within me that had gone unmet for so long. The BHTs (especially Caroline, Jo, Grace, Jasmine, Myra, and Fab) were all engaging and supportive. Recovery coach Michelle was an incredible role model and sober sister to talk to - someone who really understands the fight I was on and was able to connect. The case managers were able to balance the workload I brought with me. The food was exception and the kitchen staff treated us all with respect and care (Amanda, Elvis, and “Mama” really out their souls into the food they made us). You can tell they cook with love. Nursing was also very efficient and well-educated. The groups and facilitators (Lydia, Brent, Erin, and Ben, and MK) were all well versed in various areas of psychology and addiction treatment. For the first time ever I thought to myself, “I think I can do this and I want to do this.” I cannot say enough about how much these folks have changed my life. Shout outs to the doctors and alumni coordinator (Tanner), too! Everyone here made me feel very safe and ensured I accessed my inner child and every other part of me that needed to come up for air.
The only area I feel could use improvement was the semi-lack of activities during downtime. Especially when not having your phone during your stay! In the end it only forced me to connect with my peers, and I am so grateful for that!
If you’re struggling, this is definitely a place to come find your way.
being my first time in treatment I didn’t know what to expect but I have heard horror stories from other people so considering everything , I am happy that God led me here! . Everyone was very helpful and the group leaders are absolutely amazing!
