Came down to Level Up from Chicago after a relapse. If you are looking for a great place to detox and/or begin/continue your addiction recovery journey, this is where you NEED to be. Medical staff and treatment were super helpful and prepared me very well to move on. Very important because I’ve got extra needs health-wise with liver cirrhosis. The facility is beautiful and the entire team is fantastic. Sessions informative and engaging! Even the food is top notch! This is not my first rodeo and making this trip has been one of the smartest decisions I’ve made in a long time. I plan on sticking with this awesome community for a lifetime of sobriety. Thanks LU!

The staff here are amazing! Special thanks to Angel! He is so kind, sweet, and supportive! Thank you to Michele my therapist for always being so helpful with anything I needed! I wouldn’t have been able to do it without the friends I made while I was here! Special thanks to Tayla as well for welcoming me and always putting a smile on my face!

It's was a great experience that helped me gain more insist on myself and prepare me for a better chance of recovery. That staff is great. They make feel welcomed and safe. I will recommend to others.

This was my first time in treatment it was good the food was good and the community was great. The staff were awesome especially Jo she was the best. I truly hope Level up continues to help the pain and suffering.

I came from halfway across the country,at first it was rough, but they made my detox as comfortable as possible. Coming of of alcohol it is always hard. I did my full 28 days of detox/residential.My motivation was genuine and so therefore I got genuine treatment. They offer trauma therapy and have groups that really get to the core reasons of my addiction and the chronic relapsing. The meals were very good. The client community is tightly knit. The client rooms are comfortable. I would recommend We Level Up to anyone who has a problem with any addiction.

BEST experience coming here & SO worth it! It is SO true you truly get what you put into this program. I couldn’t have done it without the amazing staff here - my therapist MICHELE, my case manager Michelle, Jen, Danielle, Caryn, Tayla, Brent & Erin & all the BHTs the rest of the clinical team have been a godsend in my recovery. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to ANYONE looking to get out of grips of addiction. It truly starts feeling like home and with such supportive people that live there — there is no other place I’d go ❤️ I’ll miss you guys & thank you again, from the bottom of my heart — I don’t know what I’d do without yall ❤️
