Level Up – Lake Worth

This place is amazing! Going into detox is always difficult but the staff here are great, the techs are wonderful, the nurses are patient and well versed in helping individuals with mental heath and substance use disorders. There's a trauma group that's both beneficial and educational. There are reiki groups, music groups, study groups, interactive groups and overall many opportunities to learn tools & skills much needed in recovery. Roger is the alumni coordinator and truly cares about everyone who comes into We Level Up. He checks on people and gives help to those who need it. Melissa is one of the most inspiring women I've met in sobriety and a motivational sober coach. The case managers are on top of things and the discharge ladies give you many options for aftercare programs! Everyone there, is there to help YOU! Every single person a part of the We Level Up family is special and contributed so much to my recovery journey, and for that I am forever grateful. Also a big shout out to the cooks in the kitchen for providing 50+ people with 3 meals a day that consist of a variety of healthy options we all need in early recovery. And last but certainly not least, a big shout out to the cleaning ladies, and to Angel for being a literal Angel and doing everyone's laundry. I love you all so much, thank you, We Level Up!!! We do recover!

There are no words to describe what WLU has meant to my son, and his family! WLU was the first rehab, that actually took the time to honestly care about my son. The detox process was top notch. Explanation of the continuum of care was easy to understand, and finally everything clicked for him! At the time, no one contacted me about a family program. It wasn’t until Corey had left WLU, that I found out about the family program. I started attending meetings immediately, and I can’t explain what a lifesaver they have been for me. I have been attending now, for over two years and still going strong. I truly appreciate WLU educating families on addiction. I had no clue! Without WLU Family Program, I would still be miserably lost, wandering around with no hope, and no where to turn. Please keep up the good work!!! 💙💙💙

Roger was one of the most impactful parts of my experience at We Level Up. He truly goes above and beyond for people in recovery. From helping with admission and orientation to staying connected through alumni Zoom meetings, he makes sure no one feels alone during or after treatment. He’s knowledgeable, organized, and genuinely cares about the people he supports. Transitions in recovery can be overwhelming, and Roger provides structure, guidance, and real follow-through. I’m grateful for his dedication and the alumni program he leads. It makes a meaningful difference. Thank you, Roger.

We Level Up is an excellent treatment center. The staff was so caring and supportive. I could not have asked for a better experience in my sobriety journey. The support during and most importantly after treatment is top notch. Roger, the alumni coordinator is the best. Feom nursing, therapy, the incredible chefs and all the techs, I can't recommend We Level Up more.
