The alumni group ran by Roger is the most impactful group out of them all. I been out of the facility for months now and he still keeps in touch with me to make sure am doing ok and to see if I have anything that’s on my mind or anything at all I need help with. When you talk about a man with a heart of gold. The person that comes to mind is Roger. I have never been one to open up to people or to even trust people but with this group it’s different. You ever ran into a group and be like maannn I feel like I belong here or like dang I feel like we’ve know each other forever. This is that group!!! We have outings and group chats and we just focus on making everyone feel welcome because we are all special and chosen and deserve better. S/o to Roger. A big guy with a soft heart. Alumni I love you guys!!!! Keep grinding. It’s not how you start out but how you finish 🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️
I will forever be grateful for my time at We Level Up- Lake Worth! This is where my Sobriety journey started. The staff welcomed me with open arms, and made sure I was comfortable. This is the place where I started to become vulnerable and honest with myself. This is where I met some of the most genuine, kindest women and men, that became life-long friends. While my time here, I felt apart of a family. I enjoyed every single meeting and class I participated in. Level Up does an outstanding job at facilitating a schedule each day, incorporating men and women groups, gym time, art, music, mindfulness etc. I looked forward to Big Book Study with Melissa and the H&I meetings. The staff here genuinely cares about my wellbeing and sobriety. My relationship with Level Up did not stop when I walked out the front doors, Roger is still checking up on me and I cannot be more grateful. There’s opportunities for me to attend alumni meetings which is so great. I cannot say enough positive things about Level Up, and will always recommend my family and friends to go here when needed.
Shout out Alexis, David, Roger, Melissa, Julius, Jarred, Logan, Erin and Brent, Ms. Cynthia, and all the exceptional Nurses, you all showed me love and compassion. Truly every single person who shows up to Level Up cares about sobriety and has a passion to give others hope. Thank you!
We Level Up Lake Worth truly changed my life. From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for, supported, and understood. The staff here isn’t just doing a job — they genuinely care about every single person who walks through those doors. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel safe, heard, and never alone in your recovery journey.
The therapists, nurses, techs, and counselors all work together like a family. They bring so much compassion and positivity into every group session and one-on-one conversation. The program itself is structured, powerful, and filled with tools that actually help you grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
I left this place feeling stronger, clearer, and more connected to myself than I have in years. I’m so grateful for the entire team — they truly make We Level Up Lake Worth feel like home and a second chance at life.
If you’re struggling or thinking about getting help, this is the place to do it. They don’t just help you recover — they help you rediscover who you are. 💛
Roger at We Level Up was an amazing therapist, who led a trauma group and H&I meetings, he genuinely cared and went out of his way to help me. He made me feel comfortable from the start and always took the time to listen. He gave me helpful advice and tools I could actually use, and he checked in to make sure I was doing okay. Thanks to Roger, I’ve made a lot of progress and feel much better about things. I’m really thankful for everything he did and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs support. As an alumni member, I truly enjoy the ongoing zoom groups.
My experience at We level up was very good. The intake process was fast & easy. I saw the medical team everyday during my detox period as well as the nurses keeping me on my toes about taking my medication (sometimes I'll forget). A HUGE Shout-out to Josh. He is such a respectful, intelligent, empathetic & loving human being who would give you the shirt off his back for you. I also would like to shout-out my therapist Janet for her wisdom & positive yet raw feedback. She doesn't tell you what you want to hear, she tells you want you NEED to hear, she is definitely not a sugar coat kinda lady (which is very important in a good way). Thank you to all the BHT'S, Kitchen staff, Housekeeping, Other Clinical staff, and especially the group facilitators (Ben/Jason) & Angel (for his hard work & dedication to his sobriety and life's journey ahead of him), Andrea (The new aftercare planner) thank you for ALL your time, effort & help.. it definitely meant and means a lot to me. THANK YOU to Harrison (My case manager) for putting up with my jokes and my sarcasm during our weekly check in for my FMLA & Etc. A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO BRENT & ERIN for your support and help throughout trauma processing group, even though we had oh so little time it has me already looking for an EMDR therapist as I'm typing this. You have taught me so much in such a little amount of time, I will definitely use these skills you both have taught me and use them towards everyday life because like you both said "you are worth it, Loved for & Cared for".
Thank you We Level Up for your hard work and dedication. It's been a pleasure ❤️
