Huntington Creek Recovery Center

Huntington Creek Recovery Center cares about their clients while they are there and help with options with aftercare. I was really nervous going to rehab for the first time but the staffs showed me loved I haven’t received in a while and gave me hope. The counselors, techs, and nurses take care of all your needs. I want to thank these certain individuals for standing out for me while I was in treatment. GOD BLESS Gary, Ashley, John, Michelle for giving me hope and a second chance to life. Ashley is a true Master of Arts and helps me see a bigger picture. She is a phenomenal counselor. I have forgotten how amazing it feels to be sober all thanks to them ! I want to thank Danielle as well for setting me up for the best aftercare there can be. The whole nursing staff is amazing especially Donna and Jane, fabulous human beings ! I am grateful to have been a part of this community and they will always be family to me ! I highly recommend this place to everyone that is seeking for help !!!

This place is great counselors the tax everyone that works there so I was just there I left because at the last minute my counselor tells me I’m only covered for eight days I had all intentions of doing a whole 28 to 30 days. Definitely gotta do better when it comes in insurance part because I just took all the motivation away from me at that point. Stuff like this needs to be taken care of way before a client is there. Had I known I would have never went in the first place. Then I was told to switch to barks with and employee telling me they don’t take ccbh so at that point I wanted to go. I seen a buddy of mine also leave because of insurance issues. I know the facility is in it for the money but it goes deeper than that when we are trying to get help. I should still be there. It’s a shame because this is the best rehab I ever been to.

I have been to several rehabs and Huntington creek was my first ever successful completion. I went there twice before and left after detox. This time I stayed and am looking forward to a clean & sober future. I liked music therapy, where you get to pick a song you like (preferably about recovery) and the the whole group listens to it and discusses it. Counselor Ashley must of really paid attention in school. She does art therapy on Saturdays I believe. You do different exercises, discuss, and she interprets it. You dont even have to be good at drawing. The food is amazing, shout out to Beth for always keeping the meals amazing and not so repetitive. John and Michelle are great! So are all the techs, staff, nurses, doctors, etc. the only complaint is if you don't bring your own medications it might take a while until you can get it from their pharmacy. I met a lot of good people there. You can smoke cigarettes and vape outside. It's one of the nicest places I've been to. And to set the record straight the other 2 times I went it wasn't the program or counselors failing me I just wasn't ready to stop using. Like I said this time around I stayed and I'm greatful I did and greatful to everyone staff and clients for making my experience so wonderful. Thank you

After the rehabs I have been too by far my favorite. The food, the staff, they programs, nursing and just the whole rehab is somewhere I have recommended to everyone. Especially I have been out of rehab a month now from a different facility and all I did was talk about Huntington creek and told everyone in my unit if they ever need another rehab this is the one. Only reason I wasn’t able to come back to huntington bc I got put on METHADONE and this facility didn’t offer it. The only complaint I have about this place is the beds they really need to update them they are hard as a rock. But overall keep smiling and staying sober :-)

This place was absolutely Amazing. Staff are almost all in recovery themselves with good time. The group therapy was super in depth and the food was better than what I usually eat at home. Shouts out John, Michelle, Joe, Kevin and Gary! Highly recommend sending oneself or your loved ones to this facility for treatment if looking to get adequate help!
