Ms Peggy Lambardo and the staff were awesome with helping me with my son while he was at Harmony. She's a very sweet and comforting person and the staff is so professional and patient.
I attended the program for a month and my therapist was amazing, housemates ( since I was in the PHP program) were also amazing and the group was SO supportive. My only wish is they went over DBT and CBT in more detail and had more one on one time. I saw my therapist once a week and I didn’t feel like it was quite enough for what I needed personally. That doesn’t take away from all of the benefits of the program. All of the facilitators were so patient and Understanding. The lessons were so helpful when it comes to healing annd understanding my trauma so I can continue to heal. Shout out to The facilitator team, and the techs. They always made sure to challenge, teach, and nurture. Also a HUGE shout out to Ms. Peggy. She was ALWAYS there when I needed to talk in the program and she has continued to be a resource for me outside of the program. I know I can call her any time. 💜 thank you Harmony and a huge thank you to you, Ms. Peggy.
