What Our Patients Say About Us
Reviews
I loved my experience at Harmony Oaks. When I arrived I was terrified, but was welcomed with open arms. Group therapy was extremely helpful and informative. My personal therapist was Doug, who taught me important coping skills and helped me learn how to heal and cope. Thank you Harmony Oaks, especially to Doug, Bethany, Stephanie, Melissa, and Nick. I can’t explain how grateful I am.
When I first came here I was nonverbal from anxiety overriding my entire body. Now that I've left I've blossomed into the social butterfly i am today. I've made so many friends here and the staff are all amazing and down to earth. Most, if not all of them, have been through treatment as well, even at harmony oaks specifically so you're definitely not alone. My therapist here was absolutely stellar she worked with me through everything at my own pace, needs and even down to my learning style. The other therapists are amazing as well, the classes they teach are so life changing and really help with understanding your life as well as being able to actually utilize coping mechanisms. I've made so many deep, amazing friendships here but now I'm on to the next big thing life has to offer. I'm so grateful for everyone at Harmony Oaks— staff as well as clients.
This place help my tremendously. My therapist was Lydia and Paula… both great and felt heard. Ms Carena, my driver back and forth from airport.. very sweet and comforting, I was nervous before arriving. She assured I would be okay. The techs were great. Crystal, Bethany,Terri, Stephanie sooo love 🫶🏼Honestly can’t anything bad. The little time I was there if like I gain a family. Everyone feels nervous to new beginnings or a new journey, this one was worth it.
This place helped me with my recovery and the medical staff is phenomenal!! I highly recommend this rehab wanting to get better either with mental health or addiction they can help. Big shoutout to Rebecca and Nick and Jarrett and Steffany and Whitney for helping me complete the program when I wanted to quit! Come here, they’ll help!
This place is genuinely life changing if you let it be. I spent a few weeks in the PHP program, and I can’t emphasize enough what a difference it made. I’ve been going to therapy my whole life, but I’ve NEVER gotten so much out of talking to a therapist (big shoutout to Abi and Doug specifically). On top of that, the techs and other staff genuinely care and do whatever they can to help (shoutout to Bethany, Hub, and Stephanie for always listening to me when I when I would talk about stuff when we were at housing)
The thing about this place, you get out of it what you put into it. When I first arrived, I was just thinking “Oh these group sessions aren’t gonna do much for me”, but after seeing other clients participate and be vulnerable, I started doing the same, and that was a total game changer. I started being vulnerable and really opening up about what got me here, and the feedback and support that I got was incredible. I ended up making friends with almost everyone in the program, and I was honestly a little sad to leave.
If you’re struggling with addiction or any other mental health issues, the therapists and staff here are GREAT. I highly recommend it.
