Harmony oaks changed my life. 38 days allowed me to hit the reset button, incorporate structure in my life and taught me several skills to manage my triggers and live a healthy, happy life. You get out of this program what you put into it. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. 3 days a week you are taken on outings which breaks up the week nicely and makes the time go quickly.
The negatives are, you are only given the opportunity to go the gym 2 days a week and not all clients take this program seriously, they come in sleep the majority of the day, drool on themselves and snore which can be distracting. Instead of taking them out of program until they want to truly change their lives,they allow this behavior to continue. With that being said, if you don't mind working out 2 days a week or you can create your own workouts without gym and you can ignore the negative attitudes of your counterparts then this is a great program that I would recommend.
Harmony oaks Chattanooga has been the best red overt experience I could’ve expected. All of the staff is very caring and understands the struggle helping to be easier to help us through it. The food can be hit or miss with the caterer but I am more than grateful none the less for this program. It is what you make it!

The counselors, teachers and techs are all awesome. Medical is another story.. But overall Harmony Oaks is a wonderful place to go for mental health or substance abuse.
