What Our Patients Say About Us

I started my Bridges journey as a clinical intern

I started my Bridges journey as a clinical intern and within the first week I knew I was in it for the long haul. The amount of passion, love, and care that I witnessed was awe-inspiring. Luckily, I have since become a member of the team and continue to grow in my skills. Bridges provides such a wonderful, loving, and connection oriented approach to recovery (something I think sets Bridges apart from other facilities I have spent time with). I am beyond happy to work for such a wonderful program. I adore Bridges of Hope!!

We are forever grateful.

We sent our 19 yr old son to treatment and it was the best decision we ever made for him. Obviously we couldn’t make him go, but he was given an ultimatum and he begrudgingly went. Bridges of Hope has the most compassionate and caring staff and they knew exactly how to “break through” to our son and help him. His therapist Marsha was absolutely amazing and was able to break down his walls and really help him. We can’t say enough about how much of a godsend this place is. Even the support
staff that is there after hours ended up mentoring him and helped get him to open his mind to continued treatment after leaving there. Thank you to all the staff for giving our son a safe place to really get the help he needed to get his life on track. We are forever grateful.

My experience at BOH was excellent! The environment is very homey and I felt safe there. Every single one of the staff were amazing and made my stay even better. They really treat you with respect. Nice rooms, good food, and fun activities to do. Being by nature makes it feel like you’re not at a rehab. You feel more free! Highly recommend this place!

I could not be more happy with my choice of going to Bridges of Hope! The nursing, Techs, staff, everyone involved has contributed greatly to my recovery. The hardest part, for me, is usually the detox and b/c of them they made it much more easy to get through! They are extremely welcoming group of people and the beds are AMAZING you get a queen size bed with a great view, and your own tv u share with one other individual, did I mention the food! It’s fabulous, I ate everything plus the pool table, gym for volleyball and basketball has been a blessing and the gym upstairs has a treadmill and many other things to tone your body. They have all day and night snack and salad bar and all around powerade Diet Coke ginger ale lemon aid sprite. Coffee is also provided till 5. I absolutely love u Riaah, thank you for being professional and for making my time better with lots of laughter. Britta, you r the bomb, Conner thank you for sharing all your experiences and how awful drugs are and how amazing sobriety is. Thank you Katie sorry y’all but I absolutely loved art class. Both Ryan’s are very good at there job and I loved learned about relapse prevention anger management my emotions my foundation the struggles I will face and what to do in those difficult issues. Kyla, I couldn’t have done it without you, thank you so much for getting ALL my many paperwork in order for my job, my FMLA my short-term disability and making everything happen I didn’t have to worry about any of that so I could focus on my recovery bc of you! Rebecca thank you for telling me exactly what needed to here not what I want to hear, I can’t thank you enough for your gift bc u knew I need to be more assertive, everyone is different and I got one on one with almost all of you and I’m extremely blessed and not sick anymore and can finally be sober thank you so much for all your hard work, dedication and care for addicts like me who was lost now found bc u all made that happen for me oh and Janice and Darnell for keeping everything clean Andrea thank you for getting all my medicine in order! I would highly recommend Bridges of Hope to anyone struggling with addiction. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable! The beds are very comfortable, not like other rehab places. The view of the lake is beautiful. And the schedule isn’t overwhelming during the weekdays. I’ve learned so much in my short time here thanks to BOH and have the tools prepared to move forward in sobriety! Thank you!!!

Truly a great experience -- I felt the love from all the staff and it helped me get back on track after struggling with drug addiction for almost 8 years. Highly recommend if you are wanting to better yourself. They take you on outings like canoeing and recovery events, which is amazing! Thanks so much BOH :)

I 100% recommend this place. The staff is AMAZING. The therapists are WONDERFUL. The nurses are terrific. Everyone is so understanding and want the best for you and you're recovery. Super clean, food is delicious, beds are comfortable and you gain tons of tools to take with you when you leave. I loved it here so much, almost didn't want to leave.
