The staff genuinely go above and beyond for clients. It's clean, warm (sometimes too warm), the food is amazing, they have a great treatment system, they do M.A.T for some clients. I absolutely appreciate the genuine kindness and support the staff gave me during my stay and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for SUD or AUD rehab/detox.
I initially honestly did not believe this was going to make a difference, but it really worked. The most life changing thing I have ever done with my life. Hands down, no doubt. The staff are amazing and really care. Especially considering how much I complained while I was up there (I am certain I was not their easiest client to get along, especially in the beginning). Also, the classes really are helpful... there is a lot of wisdom taught here. They were kind enough to tell me if I needed to, I was still welcome to come back as well... if I had a problem with mind-altering substances again. For now, though, I am doing really good. The best I have done since I was 13 years old, really. I am now 40. I can't say enough good things about bear river. It literally saved my life from either death, incarceration, or insanity.

Bear River saved my life, being able to not only recover and learn in such a professional and comfortable environment was outstanding. The main campus/hotel place is phenomenal and the staff was genuinely some of the nicest people I've ever met. It was an empowering and humbling experience being able to stay here and I'm officially a year and a half sober because of it. Thank you Bear River!
