Staff, consisting of counselors and class instructirs friendly and genuine. The day consists of a constructed itinerary and following the Rules should be followed. Like no vaping. I mean if you're going to sneak why are you even going to rehab. The team leaders of the classes share their own experience which made it a more comfortable atmosphere knowing that they may have gone through the same struggles that we have gone through or are going through. I really like the aftercare program because I can call at any time and discuss anything with one of the staff members. Respect of others is a necessity as you live in close range of each other and keep your hands on your own stuff. The food was always tasty and plentifu, dining hall ladiesl are outstanding. It was a comfortable, safe environment for me to be in at a time where I was troubled.

I initially honestly did not believe this was going to make a difference, but it really worked. The most life changing thing I have ever done with my life. Hands down, no doubt. The staff are amazing and really care. Especially considering how much I complained while I was up there (I am certain I was not their easiest client to get along, especially in the beginning). Also, the classes really are helpful... there is a lot of wisdom taught here. They were kind enough to tell me if I needed to, I was still welcome to come back as well... if I had a problem with mind-altering substances again. For now, though, I am doing really good. The best I have done since I was 13 years old, really. I am now 40. I can't say enough good things about bear river. It literally saved my life from either death, incarceration, or insanity. THANK YOU BEAR RIVER FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART & SOUL, Floyd EDIT: I hope/pray I never have a problem with mind-altering-substances again but if I do I know who to get a hold of. FOREVER IN DEBT TO YOUR PRICELESS ADVICE

1 year ago today I made the 5 hour one way drive in a blizzard to drop my love off. It was the hardest thing I've ever done. To drop him off in a parking lot and turn around and leave without him, broke my heart. But here we are 1 year later stronger than ever celebrating his sobriety thanks to the kindness and compassion from the staff at Bear River. They made everything as smooth as possible and we are forever grateful for the role they played in Joshua's recovery. I would recommend them to anyone needing to make this very hard life change.

Bear river really helped my recovery! The staff was super helpful and always welcoming with arms wide open! I had a chance to get my life back and so much more!
