I stayed here for 30 days it was amazing and the counselors (Steve,Hayden) I enjoyed the most their classes was very educational taught me so much about myself. The staff Omg I love so much!! They treated me like family and they showed me so much love(Etta,Jazz,Erica,Mr Josh, Anthony,Bret,Tori),JC(alumni)& so many more. Ms. Donna(clinical director) took care of all my needs. Ms Liz the doctor made sure I felt my best everyday. I recognize Avenues to EVERYONE who needs treatment!
Avenues of Metairie was a wonderful place to stay for my inpatient rehabilitation. The staff is extremely caring and genuinely invested in the patients’ well-being and recovery. They are very helpful and down to earth, meeting clients at their level when appropriate while maintaining the rules for structured care and real life preparation. One tech, Erica, is especially great at seeing eye to eye with clients, portraying the fellowship necessary for a successful recovery. I will continue to stay connected to Avenues through their fantastic Alumni program led by Jaycee. I wholeheartedly recommend Avenues for your rehabilitation stepping stone.
Avenues has been a blessing in ways I can’t really explain. It humbled me & taught me so many things about myself that I will take with me where-ever I go in life. Highly highly recommend to anyone focused on their recovery/sobriety/& overall a healthy lifestyle.

The staff is caring and compassionate. Erica, Erin, Jaci and Temu Anthony try to always be available to the clients.
The med staff is so wonderful CJ is a rockstar! They really helped me get my meds right and just feel better.

Avenues Recovery of Metairie is a fantastic treatment center. The techs & nurses are always helpful; everyone always has a smile on their face. They make you feel welcomed and there is genuine support for sobriety. If you are willing to work at it, it’s a great place to jumpstart sobriety. I came in here because of my probation with the intentions of hopefully trying to get sober. Now that I’m leaving, I’m wishing I could stay longer to access more tools to help use in the real world.
