Asheville Recovery Center

ARC is an amazing treatment center! They go above and beyond in all avenues of advocating for you and making you feel valuable and your sobriety a top priority. The program is comfortable and you still have a lot of freedom during it. I can’t say enough about EVERYONE in the staff, including both Sarah’s, Kristen, Janan and ALL the techs at the lodge and clinical. I can honesty say this place changed my life!

Upon arriving ARC I was kindly greeted by Emily and Ava. After being checked in I was given a tour of the facility and was able to meet other clients within the common room. They introduced themselves and were very friendly. I was welcomed in my living quarters by other females , and the staff was very kind to helping me move my luggage and made me feel very settled. I had a great time during my treatment here. Even through hurricane Helene the staff was very calm and accommodating, and very supportive to the clients needs that decided to stay. Our needs were very well met, we were safe, able to shower and had food and clean water, some of the staff and techs even came from clinical to continue with our day to day treatment groups. I really enjoyed working with Kristen as a therapist. I felt like I could really open up with her and she could meet me on my level. She provided me with homework that helped me plan and really touch on current and previous issues as well as planning for the future. Sarah Conners was also I huge help for me. She was an excellent case worker who helped me along with the assistance of my case worker back home figure out what the best next steps for me would be. Along with both of them working together I was very satisfied for my discharge plans and moving down to sober living and IOP. I would highly recommend ARC to anyone else who is searching to get treatment and help.

ARC has changed my life for the better. I’m so grateful to have come through here. It was my first time in treatment and I was very nervous coming in, but from the second I got there I was surrounded with support and love. The way the classes are ran make it very easy to stay focused, learn a lot, and pull information from different styles of teaching and various forms of recovery approaches. Special shoutouts go out to all of the Techs and counselors, especially Thor (my driver), Lauren, Janan (the best counselor ever), Eddie, Kristen, Davis, Joey, Ava, Sam and Stephen.

Such a wonderful treatment center. I feel enthusiastic and excited for my sober life as I leave. My case manager and therapist put me at ease and helped me tremendously with sober living and confidence in myself. Made friendships I hope to have for a lifetime. Excellent staff and program!

This place saved my life. The staff, from the technicians at the lodge and the clinical team for groups it was just an amazing experience and they are all amazing. A big shout out to my therapist Jeann, she made me feel completely comfortable and I was able to really work through things with her, she's the absolute best. If your really serious about getting sober this is the place to go.
