What Our Patients Say About Us
Reviews
I was a residential client back in February of last year and stayed there for a few months. The day I went into treatment I was scared, I weighed 118 pounds and I had no health insurance. They literally took me in and signed me up on the spot with no questions asked. Everyone treated me like I mattered, like I wasn't just some worthless, pathetic junkie. They showed me I had worth and potential. I am now almost a year clean and engaged to the love of my life. Heidi and all the other employees and counselors saved my life, they didn't just save me. They gave me hope and love, something I thought I never deserved or thought I would experience. I'm crying as I write this review because words will never be enough to thank you all.

The really quiet one 🙂
The team at Arrow Passage Recovery is second to none. From the moment you walk in the door, every single employee treats you like family. From the administration staff, to the counselors, even the in-home staff are not only professionals, but also have first hand experience in their field. The world would be a better place if all businesses were ran in the same manner as Arrow Passage. Thank God for people like them.
My final day as an intern at the Arrow passage recovery was today, and I can only say that this recovery center is amazing. The director of operations, clinical directors, site supervisor ( Alumni president ), residential site supervisor, and the counselors are outstanding. Finding staff that genuinely care about their clients are hard to find, but these staff members do. Mr. Emmanuel who is the director of operations is extremely respectful towards his clients and active listener . Mr. Joe, the site supervisor ( Alumni president ) , treats all of the clients with the utmost dignity and respect. juju is the site supervisor for the residential area and he’s great with the clients . Thomas, a counselor, likewise treats his clients with dignity and does his best to advocate for them. He goes above and beyond for his clients . The next person is Danielle E, a counselor who treats her clients with respect and kindness. Then there is Danielle S. The clinical director also treats the clients with the utmost respect and has patience . Next Justin , the second clinical director. Observing him he is extremely patient with this clients as well. The director of the volunteer program, is Tamara, comes next. It's incredible to watch how she responds to the clients. She brings the clients out into the community to assist, and it's shows that they love the experience and feel good about giving back to the community. Finally, Yolanda, Bri, Sam, and Heidi are all outstanding counselors. Throughout my semester I have witnessed clients arrive and depart as positive changes in themselves. I would definitely take a loved one to this recovery center if they needed assistance.
Thank you again for the great experience !
There is an amazing team of people dedicated to helping those who WANT HELP! When you think about the recovery process, if you're not willing to look at your OWN FAULTS you will pick apart everything that you are not happy with instead of focusing on the issue that brings you to APR to begin with! They are not magicians! They work with the pieces that are given! When you allow outside influences to control your mind it's a losing battle for them! So when you think about that think about being accountable for YOUR OWN ACTIONS! They've loved and made it a priority to help people get where they need to be in life successfully! God bless!
It’s been almost 3 years since I was at APR, but I will always look back at this time with gratitude and appreciation. I flew up to Ohio at 22 years old to go to APR and get clean because my way of living was killing me. It was the first time I had ever tried or considered rehab, and the experience I had here changed my life for the better. I will always boast well about how amazing the staff was, Joe and Manny are more than amazing. I’m now 25 and will be celebrating 3 years clean & sober (god willing) in November of this year. If you are considering getting sober, I would 100000% recommend going to Arrow Passage Recovery. The focus on mental health as well as addiction was incredible and I will forever be grateful for the tools I learned & still continue to use. Thank you APR for everything!!! One day at a time!🤍
