What Our Patients Say About Us
Reviews
I absolutely love the upgrades to the clinical office at Arrow Passage Recovery! The refreshed space feels so welcoming and modern, making it an even better environment for healing and support. The attention to detail, from the new signage to the relaxing atmosphere, truly enhances the experience. Great job to the team for creating such an inviting space!
I’ve enjoyed my stay, check in day 2/13, successful completion 4/29. Been here 10 weeks and 6 days. The longest I’ve ever stayed somewhere. It was a pleasant time. Had up and downs with my stay. No complaints. My counselor is truly amazing, Heidi. Highly recommend her. This place has done good transitioning to the new office. More professional setting. More onto the point. All around wonderful place to check into if you are in need of services.
Arrow Passage is a wonderful place. I had a family meeting with counselor Thomas who is a caring and a thoughtful man. He took his time and allowed everyone to share their thoughts and feelings and gave great advice. Thomas is amazing counselor. The staff was all very professional and polite and made us all feel very welcome. Thank you Thomas and Arrow Passage
Arrow passage was exactly what I needed being an alcoholic of 35 years. I was admitted into the PHP program which was amazing for my treatment, I was ready to get past the weight of the alcohol destroying everything that I stood for and loved. The counselors, Thomas, Heidi, Bree, Danielle E., Nautica and Joe all made sure that we were actively engaged and understood what our purpose is. I was assigned with my counselor Sam, she is my recovery angel. Sam is all about her clients and challenges them to not only achieve their sobriety but to maintain a lifestyle they can be proud of. She was straight forward, no nonsense, direct but also a compassionate person who listened and guided my treatment with a very clear path. Sam is the ultimate asset for Arrow Passage and compliments her peers very well. I learned honesty is a nonnegotiable virtue and is not waiverable in recovery, so I’ll say this. If you are serious about changing your life, if alcohol or other substances are steering you in the wrong direction you need to reach out to Arrow Passage, the center was a much needed answer for learning how to get on top of my alcoholism, my family and I can’t thank the counselors and staff, especially Sam enough!!’ Thank you and may God continue to give you his strength to help others!!! 🙏🙏🙏
as a 20 year old walking into my first rehab i had no expectations of this place & to be completely transparent, it was very overwhelming in the beginning.. through leaving and relapsing soon after, then returning to arrow with open arms, my eyes were open to a whole new world it seemed. coming into APR i suggest having a very open mind & with joe & bri always there for when i wanted to leave, i always had logical solutions.. even when conflicts would arise with other patients, the staff always dealt with things in a respectful & professional manner (most of the time) it wasnt always sunshine & rainbows but there were good intentions & genuine reasons behind the decisions that staff made for us.. always! they definitely help with gaining a lot of useful resources from sober support, going out in the community to forming a set schedule for your daily life.. all in all, i never thought i could ever get clean & sober but here i am 6 months clean & sober! APR definitely saved my life.. i give a lot of thanks to my counselor bri, who worked with me through a lot of ups and downs.. i couldnt have done it without the staffs amazing support!
