Alpas Wellness Center

I was admitted to Alpas Wellness Center on 1/30/26 to seek help in my recovery with Alcoholism. This was my first experience dealing with an inpatient rehabilitation center after trying an IOP program with a different organization in 2024. I would highly recommend seeking help at Alpas for Alcoholism or Substance abuse disorder. I was incredibly nervous when I first walked through the doors not knowing what to expect. Immediately the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. I can honestly say there is not one employee that I had a bad experience with in the facility. The nursing staff quickly took care of me during my intake and made me feel right at home for my 30 day program. The food was above average for what I was expecting as well which is a great bonus. I cannot speak highly enough about the group facilitators April, Jackie, Lexi, and Samantha. They’re incredibly engaging and provide great education to address issues that would lead to substance abuse as a coping mechanism. My Therapist Dymond, and Case Manager Darryl were very helpful during my stay helping me through my recovery Journey. I am also very thankful that my peers in treatment were very friendly and we all got along and it really felt like a family, which the staff help encourage to make the experience better for everyone involved. The rooms are spacious enough, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. Overall the building had an earthy decor that is tranquil and calming. Again, I highly recommend seeking treatment here for yourself or a loved one. I feel like myself again and I’m so much happier and healthier than when I stepped through those doors. I found Alpas Wellness to be an excellent facility with fantastic staff. Educational groups were well organized and run without incident. Case management was proactively handled with all issues promptly handled by George William. I would especially like to thank my therapist, Dr. Helen Ozahh, who addressed all of my therapeutic needs while I was under their care.

Alpas saved me…well, they helped me save myself. BHTs (Kirby, Stanley, Mike, Holly, Amber, Will, Shawn, James, and more) are amazing and keep it real. They are the front line of support and encouragement for us. Group Facilitators (Jackie, Lexi, Aprill, and Samantha) equipped me with tools I should have collected years ago. I the patient/resident culture is welcoming and loving and I feel like I’ve gained a family. This place and time here is what we make it. I chose to embrace the opportunity and encourage others to do the same. Will definitely be participating in alumni activities and hope to be a speaker at a meeting someday. ❤️ Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for setting me up for my best chance of success. I’m looking forward to continued freedom from addiction.

This facility is amazing! My therapist Meghan was literally a life saver! The staff is very kind and considerate. Darryl my case manager made sure everything went smooth during and with my transitioning leaving out of here. Thank you all so much for a new life!

Alpas is an excellent recovery center. I would recommend this program to anyone is who seriously considering making a change in their life and starting on their journey towards a more healthy sober life. Alpas gives you the tools you need to build a great foundation. The therapists are amazing and the staff is genuinely here for you and vested in your success. Bonus: if you’re a fitness person the gym is great and the Yoga instructors are fantastic. I’ve walked through the doors at Alpas twice and each time I was welcomed with no judgement.
