I came to this rehab in January, and it honestly changed my life. From the moment I arrived, I felt peace and hope—something I hadn’t felt in a long time. The atmosphere was warm and calming, with a beautiful color scheme and therapeutic art that made the space feel truly healing and uplifting. The staff here went above and beyond. (There are many names) I never felt like just a number—I felt seen, supported, and genuinely cared for. A special thank you to Alexa (the amazing), who guided me to this oasis of serenity. Also Darrell was incredibly supportive throughout my journey—his encouragement and presence made a big difference. The therapy (Megan, thank you!) was deep, immersive, and exactly what I needed to begin rebuilding my life. I also really appreciated the gym, which was a great outlet during my stay, and the food was amazing—nourishing and actually enjoyable, which made a big impact on my overall experience. This place gave me the tools, strength, and clarity I needed to stay sober. I’m so grateful for this second chance, and I just want everyone to know how special this place is. Thank you for helping me find myself again.

Alpas Wellness in La Plata is an incredible treatment center and a true asset to the community. The team is compassionate and professional, and Stephanie is especially amazing, always helpful, kind, and deeply knowledgeable. Alpas not only supports individuals on their journey to recovery and wellness, they uplift the entire community. Highly recommend! Stephanie in particular has been so incredible, in being available to connect people to treatment and helping throughout the process. She’s quick to respond and help no matter what. I’m truly grateful to her and the Alpas team.

At Alpas I received the highest quality of care available! The facility is clean and welcoming, and included a biophillic room, multiple fish tanks and plants! The staff is amazing! They are kind and knowledgeable and care about the resident’s needs. They are concerned with your basic comfort, as well as your mental and emotional health. There are a variety of therapists and styles to suit different needs. I would recommend Alpas for anyone wanting to break free from negativity in their life and be surrounded by experts who care .

Alpas was the first place where I actually felt like a person, not just a patient. The staff genuinely cared, and I never felt judged.. just supported. Detox was tough, but they made it feel safe. What really made the difference was the way they helped me start to understand myself, not just my addiction. I left with a real plan and a sense that I wasn’t doing this alone. I’m grateful I landed there when I did.

Alpas Wellness has done a fine job establishing themselves as a new resource for Inpatient Treatment. Darryl Duncan, one of their Treatment Navigators, has been a pleasure to work with. He reached out with a one of their male clients looking to us at Char Hope Fdn. as an avenue for him to continue his recovery process. Todd had a great experience at Alpas and decided, with their guidance, that he wants long-term sobriety. Darryl has made Todd's transition to us professional & seemless. We are very impressed & will continue to work with Alpas moving forward.
