Acqua was the perfect start to my recovery journey! I had never been through treatment before and had no idea what to expect but It turned into the best decision I’ve ever made. The house and grounds are beautiful and they matched me with one of the best therapists I’ve had in the many years I’ve been in therapy. I can’t express how much this place has changed my life. I will be one year sober in one week!
Sober for 2 years next month and Acqua helped me find the way within myself to heal. I went in with military PTSD and deperate to change my life. The calming enviroment and kind knowledgeable staff truly help me grow. Physical fitness is a huge part of my recovery and Acqua provides a great space and classes for that. The community that comes with Acqua is incredible and by far the best in the area and helps me stay connected long after I graduated. The staff that is there understands and have been through the struggles themselves. Highly Recomend!
I was in Acqua October 2024 and the staff was amazing. They listened to what the clients had to say. The one thing Acqua offered that not a lot of the other places did is dual diagnosis. Not only do they treat addiction but the helped me get on meds that worked for me. I loved that I didnt get the 12 steps shoved down my throat. I liked my counselors and the staff helped me get everything lined out to go home in another state. I'm been sober for 9 months now.
The energy that Acqua brings is life changing. I needed a fresh start to a new life and Acqua was where I started. I feel like a whole new person, they opened me up to so many opportunities that I thought weren’t there and learned so much. Everyone in the community is so uplifting, and can make you change your whole perspective on life!
This place saved my life, everytime I go visit, it’s like my home away from home. From softball and volleyball teams, to polar plunges and breathwork. CrossFit facilitated by one of the best recreational therapist who also teaches us yoga. I’m still really involved as an alumni. I would not be alive and sober without Acqua. I’ve been to 5 other treatment centers and Acqua’s individual therapy and group therapy is unmatched! Plus the fun recreational activities, I did indoor surfing, sweat lodges, rope courses, etc. but as far as all around treatment, top tier!
