Acqua Recovery

I’m an alumni, I went to to this beautiful place in my mid 20s. It truly helped path the person that I am today. Prior to going to Aqua, I went to a few treatment centers. Aqua really showed me how to love myself for me. I ended up working on a leadership team at another treatment facility. You all are amazing individuals, keep up the great work!

I attended their IOP and was tremendously impressed with their services. The facility was clean and inviting with an intuitive layout. Their staff members were pleasant, outgoing, compassionate and empathetic. It was far easier to be trustful and open my therapist than I had expected. Anyone seeking help with addiction or mental health issues for themself or a loved one would be doing a disservice by NOT giving Acqua a fair look.

Sharing my review as a parent of a drug addict. My son has been battling drug addiction since his high school years. He is now 26 yrs. old. Still very young. He has never admitted to drug use even though he had been in and out of jail for the meth addiction. All changed December 10, 2024. He got out of jail 11/25/24 and lasted 2 days without the meth. He struggled trying to use and live in the streets. It's winter so very cold outside. He finally called me on 12/10/24 to pick him up. He was tired, very tired from walking the streets for days, he got sick, he was hungry. He was still on meth but coming off of it? For the first time ever he told me his way wasn't working and that he was maybe ready to try a rehab program. I've spent months and years preparing for this day to come. We called Acqua Recovery. Travis was the person to answer. My son and Travis had a conversation I've never had with my son. Travis knew all the right things to say to my son. They connected. It's now February 12, 2025. My son is still in their program. He is learning and growing everyday about himself. There have been struggles but my son tells me how grateful he is to all the staff there at Acqua. For the first time in years my son says he knows who really cares of him and his wellbeing. Thank you so much Acqua Recovery for his opportunity!

I went to Acqua 9/9/2022, I didn’t have any plans on staying sober and almost walked out on day 1. The staff spoke to me and sold me on giving myself the time and the opportunity to change my life. On 9/9/2024 I picked up my 2 year coin, in March my daughter is due to be born, I have a life today beyond what I would have imagined when walking into Acqua. This program provided me with the tools I needed to get to where I am today.

I love Acqua recovery! It has changed my life. The staff, the property, academics, therapy, physical fitness, yoga and the food are all geared to get you living the best life you can in recovery.
