Woburn Wellness Addiction Treatment

Woburn Wellness has been great! Groups are led well (for the most part) and management is extremely helpful. Everyone works hard to help clients, and the sentiment comes from a good place. Many of them have personal experience, which helps a lot. Annmarie rules!

I started at Woburn Wellness in Jan 2024, I felt I need extra support than what I was receiving outside. When I started I was nervous but the staff made sure I felt included and safe. They have helped me understand my addiction and how to handle my emotions. I enjoy being around others that are going through the same thing I am, they understand me. I would recommend Woburn Wellness to anyone that that is seeking help.

I’ve been coming to Woburn wellness for the past ten months and to say that my life has turned around would be an understatement. The clinical staff here and the case management have been first class in helping me get what I need out of treatment for my recovery. Sean, Juan, Inessa and everyone here did a great job at introducing me to a fresh slate. I got sober to have a better life and I can say now I have a better life.

I started coming to this program in march and i absolutely love it!! This program has completely changed my life. i’ve learned the coping skills and life skills needed to deal with difficult situations. i have made breakthroughs in dealing with childhood trauma with my therapist Kayla and in group therapy. The staff are amazing and work with individuals on their specific needs they listen and they care and they offer all the tools needed to live a successful life in recovery. They also make it a lot of fun, we play recovery games, they offer reiki, art therapy, yoga, golfing, hiking and lake trips and a bunch more weekend activities to keep us busy and sober! My case manager Luis has been a huge help with pfmla and disability and helping me to understand and take the time i need away from work to focus on recovery which eliminated a lot of stress from my life. Caroline runs amazing and fun group sessions and gets everyone engaged in therapy. I am so grateful for this program! A very special thank you to Ann marie and Inessa for all your continued support during my time here!! I am extremely confident i can live a fun and healthy sober life!!

I had a great experience at woburn wellness. When I initially entered treatment I was opposed and left, and when I reached back out to them for help they were more than willing and showed me so much support and kindness along my journey. I now have a year and a half clean and still keep in contact with some of the staff. They have really helped me more than I could have ever imagined.
