What Our Patients Say About Us
Reviews
The overall experience at Willow Springs Recovery Center was very good. Group meetings and counseling was very efficient and helpful. Staff members and nurses were very friendly as well as the kitchen staff. The meals served were very good.
I loved being able to work out in the well equipped gym and there are many recreational activities that can be taken advantage of. Swimming pool, sand volleyball, tennis court and full-size basketball court. There are many other indoor and outdoor games to keep you entertained. There is also a nice pond with a beautiful water fountain if you just want some peace and quiet or meditation time. The rooms are nice, equipped with television and the beds are quite comfortable. They even have a couple of acoustic guitars and an electric keyboard that residents can use.
I was a little disappointed with the method of taking vitals and distributing medication. It's very slow, especially at night time. I understand that they are currently working to solve this issue. I was also a little disappointed with the option to have Smart Recovery rather than AA and NA. While I was at Willow Springs there were no Smart Recovery meetings that I was aware of.
All in all, the process was very helpful to me. I would highly recommend Willow Springs (Recovery). I'm staying sober😁
I cannot say enough good things about Willow Springs Recovery. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, safe, and supported. The staff truly cares about each person’s recovery journey, offering personalized treatment plans that address not just addiction but also mental health and overall well-being.
The facility itself is beautiful and peaceful—perfect for focusing on healing. The bedrooms were cozy, great food, and access to a gym, pool, and outdoor spaces made my stay comfortable. But more than the amenities, it was the compassionate and knowledgeable staff that made all the difference. The counselors (Nicole and Pennie!) medical team( Ashley and Sheladra!), and support staff(Katie, Shasta,Donna, Lisa!) went above and beyond to ensure I had the tools and encouragement I needed to begin a new chapter in my life.
The variety of treatment approaches, including 12-Step, SMART Recovery, and cognitive behavioral therapy, allowed me to find what worked best for me. Group sessions and individual therapy were incredibly helpful, and I left with a strong foundation for long-term recovery.
If you or a loved one is struggling with addiction, I highly recommend Willow Springs Recovery. It was truly a life-changing experience for me, and I am forever grateful for the care and support I received there.
I will be leaving a full thorough review once I am graduated from Willow Springs but I wanted to give a kudos shout out to the night nurses who really have made my stay a lot more pleasant! They are always helpful and smiling and very easy to talk to! Ms. Audrey, Ashleigh K and Schulandra S are such amazing nurses and truly love what they do which is so refreshing and comforting especially when you are going through a roller coaster of emotions during this process! Keep up the great work ladies!! (I can’t remember the name of the other two night nurses but once I confirm their name, I will update my review! 🤦🏻♀️) 😊
Also have to shout out to the chefs in the kitchen!! Very delicious meals.
Lastly but not least By a long-shot, I would also like to say that there are A few shining stars in that tech group here! Dani, Amber, Rea (sorry if I spelled wrong! 😑) Gabe and Lisa!
My experience at Willow springs was ultimately successful! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is good, and the staff is helpful and caring. I met people there that have become good friends and I will keep in touch with them beyond our time in treatment. While detoxing i met with a nurse practitioner that helped me get the meds i needed to stay comfortable and get a good nights sleep! After detox i began going to groups and talking about the roots causes of my addiction and learning coping skills to help me live a sober life after my 30 days in treatment were completed. I have accomplished the goals that I needed to achieve to live a sober life and I couldn't have done it without the help I received from going to Willow Springs treatment center! My counselor Nicole was awesome!
