What Our Patients Say About Us

Willow Springs was such a great experience

Willow Springs was such a great experience and life changing for me. The staff is extremely friendly and everyone was very helpful with my healing process. I would highly recommend this place to anyone dealing with addiction.

This place is life changing if you allow it

This place is life changing if you allow it. All centers can have problems if that's what you're looking for. If you want to get better, look for the great things that happen every day there. I can say that I had a life changing experience there. The variety of groups they have is a much better way of doing things. If you like 12 step, SMART ect. You have options to choose from and make your recovery your own, not just meetings that are photo copied out of a 12 step group. The food was good and sometime the trained chefs made incredible food for 100+ people. The nurses were caring and most of group facilitators put their life and soul into their jobs. The directors stop, listen and truly care about what their clients have to say. My therapist changed me (I miss you Ty☺️).
I must say thank you to everyone there for the gift they have given me. My life.

I have really taken a lot away from this program. This has been my first time in treatment, and I’ve learned in detail the disease of addiction, and an array of coping skills, and grounding techniques. The food, is great, kitchen manager Mark, is phenomenal! He will never disappoint. The fact that you’re able to have your phone, is tremendous. Staff members from the top, to the bottom, are amazing. Donna, always greets you with a smile and a “Heyyyy!” These people are really here for YOU and your recovery. A majority of the staff are in recovery, so treatment is more personable. I have made new lifelong relationships with peers, whom I know I will be able to be held accountable by, and will hold them accountable. The community, is like no other that I’ve been surrounded by. The gym, volleyball in the pool, and weekend outings, made this place feel like a vacation. The setting and ambience give off summer camp vibes. Me and my roommate, whom is now my good friend, always joked that we were at summer camp. I never thought as an addict, it was possible to have fun with other addicts, while sober. This place has taught me that it’s definitely possible, and it’s amazing! I got to spend the 4th of July in treatment, and it was the most fun I’ve had in a while. Blow up water slide, snow cones, cotton candy, popcorn, and movie in the pool! Willow Springs has provided me with the tools I need, so that I may continue on my journey of life, tackle my addiction, and keep my sobriety. Jeff Cadoux was a great counselor, he has a lot of knowledge and expertise in the disease of addiction. He is good at communicating with family members, and explaining the disease of addiction to them. He even held a couples session with my partner and I. We took a lot away from that session, and I am grateful for the help, advice, and knowledge he’s given me. If I had any other choices for a recovery center, I’d always choose Willow Springs. I hope to never be back, as much as I love the place. I will never forget the amazing experience I had, for my first time ever in rehab. If you or someone you love, is struggling with addiction, this is the place to be!

My experience here was nothing short of great. The entire staff was awesome. The beds were very comfortable and each room had it's own showers. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping everything clean and changing the bed linens. The food was very good compared to other facilities. They came and picked me up at my house which was almost 2 hours away and dropped me off when my 30 days was complete. Thank you Joe and Alex. I am thankful I didn't bring my car so I never had the chance to think about leaving. I saw too many people leave within the first week that never gave recovery a fair chance. The class facilitators were all great, I would like to thank every one of them. The nursing staff and BHT's were all very kind hearted people doing a tough job and working long shifts. I appreciated talking with Ron a fellow veteran and his insight on things. I want to thank Jodi my individual counselor she helped me see things I could not. The campus itself is beautiful, alot of my healing took place just being outside, you will understand once you are there. The community of people was awesome. Most everyone there was dedicated to working on their recovery and I met a bunch of really good people. If you or a loved one needs help don't hesitate to go here, honestly I can't see it getting much better than this place.

I am now an alumni of Willow. This place is absolutely AMAZING!!! From nursing (shoutout to Amber and Ashley), to my AMAZING THERAPIST, Sean, to my favorite BHTs Amanda, Donna, Hope, Sarah, and Sandra, food was absolutely delicious thanks Mark and team. I never felt dirty at Willow it was always clean. Willow went above and beyond for me when they didn't have to and not because of money but because they CARED! i will forever be grateful to the team at Willow Springs and I hope and pray the staff are appreciated and compensated for all your dedication, efforts, kindness, knowledge, and love from from any and everyone that are above you! That facility wouldnt be who they are if it werent for individuals (plus way more than i named) like I mentioned above! Thank you Willow Springs!!! I was welcomed to Willow Springs on February 14, 2026 and currently in their continued care through their PHP program, where I live in oneif their homes with other women. The staff is absolutely 💯 AMAZING and supportive! I also am certain that most, if not all staff employees are in recovery too. This makes it very easy to connect on a level that most people could never or would ever understand. This horrible disease kills and destroys us and our families! For the first time I feel a sense of peace that I haven't experienced or felt since before my mental health and anxiety took over my mind and body. Willow Springs and their amazing staff are part of my story and have continued to help me through this difficult journey. Trust God, Clean House, and Help Others!!!

I have a loved one there now and I would recommend this place to anyone needing recovery. I think the facility is amazing. The staff are all in recovery so they are extremely well suited to help the patients. The feel is more camp than rehab. I couldn’t be more impressed. Upon visiting yesterday, there is a warm, caring environment for healing and recovery. Equine therapy. Tennis/ pickleball / pool. They play pool volleyball every night. Beautiful grounds where you can connect with nature and disconnect from all the other junk. So happy to have found a wonderful place for healing. 6 hours per day of counseling/ classes. Last week they went to the movies. Outstanding!
