What Our Patients Say About Us
Reviews
This place is ALMOST like a resort. The property and facilities are beautiful. The food was always amazing , and the head chef is great. He always greets everybody with a smile and takes pride in what he serves. All the BHT were awesome too. This was my first time in rehAb and the fact they never take away. your phone and I could order off Amazon made it soo much easier. The only thing I would add is somehow pairing you up with someone who is a little ahead of you coming off the same substance. So you can ask them what to expect. I literally walked around asking everybody" What's your DOC?" I only found one person. Seemed 80% of residents were there for alcohol. I was there for Fetty& Meth. Took subs too early got PSw which sucked but the nurses did what they could to help and I survived. I did complete the 30 day residential and recommend.
WSR was good to me, my treatment improved me to become a man and a better father.. My Counselor Jeff guide me so much and gave me great advice, if it wasn’t for him idk if would have made it thru. Staff was awesome to me and so much I learned and all the treatment I went thru helped me a lot. Keeping my sobriety and is going great. Keep pushing, never give up on hope. This is the place to be for recovery. Listen, focus and attend every meeting session you will do awesome for the new comers. Stay fit at the gym always! Great environment, the place is like a vacation resort that keeps you away from all the bad influences and that’s what we need. Thank you WSR.
I am now an alumni of Willow. This place is absolutely AMAZING!!! From nursing (shoutout to Amber and Ashley), to my AMAZING THERAPIST, Sean, to my favorite BHTs Amanda, Donna, Hope, Sarah, and Sandra, food was absolutely delicious thanks Mark and team. I never felt dirty at Willow it was always clean. Willow went above and beyond for me when they didn't have to and not because of money but because they CARED! i will forever be grateful to the team at Willow Springs and I hope and pray the staff are appreciated and compensated for all your dedication, efforts, kindness, knowledge, and love from from any and everyone that are above you! That facility wouldnt be who they are if it werent for individuals (plus way more than i named) like I mentioned above! Thank you Willow Springs!!!
I was welcomed to Willow Springs on February 14, 2026 and currently in their continued care through their PHP program, where I live in oneif their homes with other women. The staff is absolutely 💯 AMAZING and supportive! I also am certain that most, if not all staff employees are in recovery too. This makes it very easy to connect on a level that most people could never or would ever understand. This horrible disease kills and destroys us and our families! For the first time I feel a sense of peace that I haven't experienced or felt since before my mental health and anxiety took over my mind and body. Willow Springs and their amazing staff are part of my story and have continued to help me through this difficult journey. Trust God, Clean House, and Help Others!!!
Today is day three of being admitted into Willow springs.
I can’t say enough about this place. If you’re thinking about getting help and looking at Willow springs, choose this place.
I’m not going to sugar coat it, recovery isn’t easy, detox isn’t easy - but this place is great. The staff cares about you, the other patients are friendly and care about each other, it truly is a community from top to bottom that cares about you and cares about each other.
Recovery is a hard path, but it’s worth it.
Willow springs - thank you so much, I can’t wait to see who I am when I leave, and that’s all due to you giving me the tools to be the best version of my self.
Willow Springs & its staff saved my life. I spent 30 days here and have no complaints. All of the staff were very helpful in their own way from the counselors & nurses to the BHTs, kitchen staff and groundskeepers, everyone was so helpful & kind. The campus is gorgeous & so peaceful. I not only appreciate everything WS did for me that month but also the tools they gave me on my way home. I am 58 days clean & sober today & though I know I will still have struggles because life will just keep “lifeing”, am happy, hopeful & prepared. Thanks again WS!
