What Our Patients Say About Us

Exceeded my expectations

5 stars all around! I had done tons of research and meetings with different companies as you would with any difficult decision like this and Wellbridge by far exceeded my expectations.

Great experience

Immaculate facility! The staff is exceptional and warm. Felt very comfortable sending a close relative to get the help he needed. Nothing but a great experience for both clients and family.

Great place to start your recovery journey. The staff made me feel at ease from the very first phone call. The grounds and housing is beautiful creating a relaxing environment. Everyone I met was welcoming and friendly, staff and other patients. I especially enjoyed my art therapy, but there are lots of different treatment options to explore which was great for me. Also I have mobility problems, but everyone was accommodating to make me as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Wellbridge.

Well bridge was life-changing for me and the staff /everybody is truly amazing. The food was really good and there’s always activities to do. Schedule flows throughout the day, and the doctors are always on top of everything. I felt very safe and comfortable there and I’d recommend it to anyone that is seeking recovery. The campus is also beautiful on top of it. I felt like I was at a resort.

I had an amazing experience at Wellbridge. From start to finish, the staff treated me with professionalism, care, and respect. The environment was supportive, thoughtful, and designed to help each person grow at their own pace. That said, I want to take a moment to highlight Samantha, one of the therapists who had a profound impact on my journey. Her ability to be personable and connect authentically and without judgment, was necessary. I’m not sure if I could have completed the program without her. She has a gift for helping people connect the dots, and she made me feel empowered in ways I’ll never forget. Everyone at Wellbridge contributed to a strong foundation of healing, but Samantha truly stood out. I’m so grateful for her presence and the work she does. She’s a gem and deserves to be recognized for the light she brings to her clients. If need to come here and you happen to be assigned to Samantha as your therapist, you are truly blessed.

100 out of 10 I was satisfied with my experience at Wellbridge. I didn't want to leave. From the clinical staff, to the doctors, to the nursing staff, the kitchen staff, the housekeeping staff, RSS's, Patient advocates, & just the community as a whole, (the heated bathroom floors didn’t hurt either) it was one of the best experiences I've had in a place like this. No comparison. Thank you Andrew Drazan for following through with your vision & creating such a great space for another chance @ this beautiful life.

Wellbridge is a wonderful place. The facility is very new and immaculate. Queen size beds and heated bathroom floors. The nursing staff and providers are great with the exception of a couple of non compassionate nurses. The detox process was seamless and not scary but please ask the nurses what medication you are being given, there were a few times that I was about to be given my night medications in the morning hours. The food is OK although the kitchen staff works really hard and they are so friendly. The housekeepers also do an excellent job at keeping everything immaculate. The professionals program is excellent, Having the experienceto see others in your profession that also struggle, was very important and helpful. I didn’t feel so alone. “The Lodge” is a brand new building designed for professionals to heal and recover. I found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating, it was hard to believe that not everyone on staff was in recovery. Staff that are in recovery are very compassionate and relatable. It was very hard to relate to other staff members that aren’t in recovery, including some of the therapists, all very professional but not relatable at all. The house managers and patient advocates were very helpful and always available and aware of the patients’ needs. I found a great sense of community, the art therapy program is extremely helpful as well as the AA meetings and the Dharma group. I am very satisfied with my overall experience and recommend Wellbridge to anyone who is ready to take this very important step and begin a new sober chapter.
