Professional, Compassionate, and Truly Effective
As a family member of someone receiving care at True Life Care, I’ve been consistently impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the staff. From clinicians to support staff, every person we’ve interacted with has shown an exceptional level of competence, empathy, and consistency.
What stands out most is how well the team communicates—not only with the individual in treatment, but also with the family. They’re transparent, responsive, and genuinely collaborative. You can tell they’re not just doing a job—they’re invested in helping people get better.
The staff’s ability to balance compassion with clear structure has made a significant difference in my loved one’s progress. They’re, EXPERIENCED respectful, and create an environment where people can actually focus on healing.
If you’re looking for a facility where the team is knowledgeable, reliable, and truly cares about outcomes, True Life Care is a standout.
It was not only the excellent the treatment providers but the powerful groups and how well they were managed by staff. Every type of person was there and was welcome. We could all open up and finally be vulnerable in ways we kept to ourselves for who knows how long. There are people of all ages from right out of high school to senior level types. There’s always so much to learn by listening even if you don’t participate. Yes, the building needs to be larger as they must be known for success and it can get busy. If you are highly anxious around people they will provide alternatives specific to your needs. Too much goodness to right here. Just thank you all and a big shout out to the beautiful Courtney (inside and out). Her love for healing others shines beyond her body, I think of it as the size of her spirit. I see wonderful things for your future!
I can’t say enough about the life-changing care I received at true life . From the moment I walked through their doors, I felt truly seen, heard, and supported. Unlike other places that feel impersonal, the staff here genuinely cared about my well-being—not just while I was in treatment, but long after I left.
The therapists and support team took the time to understand my struggles, creating a personalized plan that addressed my needs. They provided me with the tools to navigate my mental health, but what stood out the most was the ongoing support even after I completed my program. They checked in on me through phone calls and texts, making sure I was doing well and reminding me that I wasn’t alone in my journey.
Recovery isn’t easy, but having a team that truly cares makes all the difference. They didn’t just help me heal—they gave me hope and the strength to move forward. If you’re looking for a place that prioritizes your well-being beyond just the time you’re in treatment, this is the place to go.
True Life Care: A Place Where Darkness Meets Light
There are moments in life when you feel completely lost—like you’re drowning in your own mind, your own past, and the choices or pain that brought you to this point. When I arrived at True Life Care, I wasn’t just struggling—I was exhausted. Tired of trying. Tired of pretending. Tired of not knowing how to live with everything I was carrying.
But this place… it didn’t try to fix me. It saw me. The real me. The broken pieces. The silent battles. The parts of me I had buried deep, hoping no one would ever notice—but silently begging someone would.
From day one, the staff treated me like a human being, not a diagnosis. They didn’t just look at my symptoms—they listened to my story. And they didn’t flinch. Instead, they leaned in with empathy, patience, and wisdom. The therapists knew how to hold space for pain while gently guiding me through it. They helped me face the truths I was afraid to speak out loud. And for the first time in a long time, I didn’t feel shame—I felt understood.
The group sessions weren’t just therapy—they were lifelines. Strangers became mirrors, reflecting the parts of ourselves we had forgotten or hidden. I cried with people I’d only just met. I laughed for the first time in what felt like years. And slowly, I began to believe that healing wasn’t just a word. It was a path I could walk.
True Life Care gave me more than tools—they gave me hope. They reminded me that I am not my trauma. I am not my past. I am not my mistakes. I am human. And I am capable of beginning again.
If you’re reading this and you feel like you’re at the end, I promise you: there is a place where your story matters. There is a place where healing is possible. For me, that place was True Life Care

True life has drastically changed my life. I cannot put into words how truly grateful I am for the entire staff and other clients. I have made amazing friends here. The counselors really care about your wellbeing and are very helpful. The group sessions are great for the most part. I loved going to the activities on Wednesday's. I was also exposed to reiki and hypnosis which was an amazing experience. I went from partial care to iop and it has been a remarkable experience as a whole. My only critique is that I feel they take on more clients than they can handle, which leads to crowded groups and limited time with the APN and case managers. They are understaffed as most places are so I was patient with them. The true battle is with your insurance, at least in my case. But all in all, I want to live my life again. And that gift is something I will cherish for the rest of my life.
