What Our Patients Say About Us
Reviews
The staff and tribe at top of the world ranch have changed my life forever. I was aimless when I came in and they helped me find motivation and purpose. The ranch introduced me to AA and NA and I found my home there. The Ranch has an excellent staff that makes you feel right at home from the get go and the community is one of a kind. The spiritual aspects of the program are respectful of everyone and really do help immensely. I could not be more grateful for my time with The Ranch and I would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. The Ranch is a safe haven away from the distractions of the world and it truly saved me.
The Ranch is life changing and life saving. The programming and facilities are top notch. However, more than anything, the staff from the top to bottom clearly care about the clients, know more than you could ever imagine about the disease and recovery and become family. I am forever grateful. Oh and the food?? You dont think it matters? It does and Travis and Josh are some of the best chef's and kindest people I have ever met.
Top of the World Ranch saved my life (twice). The staff is exceptional from top to bottom. My counselor, Rita, helped me to identify my goals for treatment, and helped me to develop the skills and behaviors necessary for long-term recovery. My case manager, Ted, assisted me in setting up a bulletproof aftercare plan. Food is phenomenal. The facility and surroundings and beautiful and give you the best environment to explore and develop your spirituality. The PFs have all helped me through sharing their experiences and offering support when needed. I can’t say enough about the staff and what they’ve done to help me save my life. I’d recommend Top of the World Ranch to anyone seeking treatment!
The staff was beyond exceptional. Tracy, as a case manager was a dream, she made sure no balls were dropped and advocated for me, as well as letting me vent. Tracy was the best! Anne was my backup and really helped me a lot too. Kelsey was so helpful as my counselor and she really pushed me to dig deep and address trauma in my past so I could heal and move forward. Michael’s art therapy classes were always meaningful and impactful. Michael made me fall in love with art and open my eyes to smart recovery. The food is absolutely exceptional (better than any 5 star restaurant) and the sleeping quarters were the best I have seen. The experience, strength, and hope that the staff delivers on a daily basis helped me more than they will ever know. If you are struggling with addiction - Top of The World Ranch is the place to go. Do yourself a favor and call and talk to Sarah and Jon to get you all settled and taken care of. Those two blow customer service out of the water. Thank you for saving my life!
My husband has been at top of the world ranch for about 3 weeks now. He will be there 30days total. After the first 7 days of being there he was able to call home and he can call home everyday. 15 min phone calls. He said the food is phenomenal, the people (staff and counselors) have all been so good to him and he loves his counselor Rita. He has done EMDR therapy, group therapy, individual therapy, yesterday he did a sweat lodge ceremony. He said the sweat lodge was one of the hardest things he's ever done. Mentally, physically and emotionally but he really enjoyed it. He had to leave the steam room/hut at one point because it was so hot but he was able to go back in. He said now that he knows what to expect he would like to try it again and stay in the whole time. He's also hoping to do the maze before he comes home. My husband has never been to rehab. This is his first time. We did a lot of research before choosing some where for him. I sought out the ranch a year ago but he wasn't ready to go until this year he chose to go on his own. We chose the ranch because of the opportunity to go fishing, hiking, biking (though he was a little bummed the bikes he said most don't work. One does but it's still a little janky), he's used the workout room, sauna, and he's played basketball. They've also been able to watch movies on the projector screen. They offer haircuts and massages from a massage therapist for an extra cost. I think $20 haircut, $70 massage. He said the days are pretty darn busy (which is good for him, he's a go go go kinda guy). He was able to zoom call out kids for Father's Day which was wonderful for them. My husband said he and the group of people getting treatment have all become very close. He's built friendships he tends to keep even once he comes home. We also love that they offer support through zoom for the families every Tuesday and Sunday. So far all good things. I'll try to leave another review after he comes home! Thank you TOTWR for helping my husband get his life back on track!!
