Top of the World Ranch

Top of the World Ranch provided me the necessary tools, education, support, and counseling to live a life in recovery. I became a client at Top of the World Ranch in August 2025. I was unable to live a life of sobriety on my own and going to the Ranch was one of the best decisions I made. Upon arriving at the Ranch, I detoxed for 6 days, to safely become sober from alcohol and substances. The nursing and program facilitators (PF), especially Maggie, Casey, Samm, and Tracy were amazing! They provided a safe, nurturing environment during detox that was extremely instrumental in preparing me for the rehabilitation program I would be transitioning to after detox. My willingness and determination had been ignited! After completing detox I went to the Lodge/residence rehabilitation program. Knowing that sobriety is a process, a journey and one that you cannot do alone, I took every suggestion, and participated in every class and activity. The Ranch provides a holistic approach to recovery that I use daily, today, in my recovery. Daily check-in and check-outs, counselor lead classes, meditation, yoga, outdoor exercise, sweat lodge, relapse prevention focus, support group meetings, and exposure to meetings within the community are the tools The Ranch instills to every client that walks through the doors. The Ranch team makes everyday a memorable experience! As people also in recovery, the PF team, walks your journey with you and is there for you every step of the way. The counselors are dedicated to your mental health and growth. The medical and nursing staff provide individual care to each client focused on your well-being. The Chefs are amazing and create delicious, balanced menus that fuel you throughout the day. I completed my stay at the Ranch in 37 days and didn't want to leave the safe space, bubble they create there! But knowing my life and family awaited at home, I was able to leave with the tools I need to stay clean and sober and live a beautiful life.

Top of The World Ranch is an amazing Rehabilitation Center. The staff, Counselors, Program Facilitators, the Chefs (5 star meals), Nurses, Recovery Programs, Positive skills and behaviors, Daily Routines, 314 acres of being in nature have aided to my sobriety. This is a beautiful clean and healthy environment I highly recommend this facility.

My husband came to the ranch in March 2024. All I can say is wow, I don’t know what the magic recipe was for him exactly, but he is now sober and truly on “top of the world!” Here he is at 9 months sober, dancing with our daughter on her wedding night. These smiles would not have been glowing this way a year ago! Thank you Top of World Ranch and all of the staff for the work you do.

The Ranch is a wonderful local option for drug and alcohol treatment. Most of the staff are in recovery and can meet clients where they’re at. Food is fantastic. There’s plenty of outdoors to enjoy. It feels almost like adult summer camp. Highly recommend

This was my first rehabilitation program at age 47. I imagined it to be a strict, hosptal like setting, but the Ranch is unlike anything I've ever experienced. As tough as rehabilitation and sobriety is to initiate and maintiain, the guidance, amenities, beautiful landscape, recreation, after care, and of course the 5 star meals made this a miracle. There is a vast amount of programs, exercises, holistic practices, and sense of sprituality that makes ths place unique from any other treatment center. Attending the Top of the World Ranch is a God send. I will never forget this experience, as everyoe that made this possible are now my family.
