The Plymouth House

This facility is outstanding. The staff truly care about your wellbeing and want what is best for you. The Plymouth House saved my life. I was terrified to walk through the doors for the second time after trying to do things my way, but I was welcomed back with open arms. This place no doubt has become a home to me. I am beyond grateful for The Plymouth House and highly recommend to all.

The Plymouth house, has saved my life. The clinical directors and staff are so talented at their jobs. If you are serious about getting sober and ready to start your journey they’re here to support you every step of the way and provide you all of the resources that you need. Are you or your loved one ready to surrender? This is it! It’s challenging for me to call Plymouth House a rehab. I love the idea of calling it a Spiritual Community. The family feel comes into play instantly upon your arrival. You can tell the staff has your best interest in mind. It’s extremely refreshing knowing that most of the staff are in long term recovery themselves. When it comes to addiction, no one understands recovery better than someone who has been there. Your success is valued at Plymouth House. You are treated more than a patient. They refer to you as a guest and treat you in such a manner. Before your departure, they will give you a plan of action for after your stay. Friendly reminder: Your success is valued here. This is a huge opportunity for those who are sick and tired.

I had no clue what to expect when coming to the Plymouth House, but, my experience has exceeded my expectations. The Plymouth house has absolutely changed my life! The staff is absolutely amazing. My whole team has gone above and beyond as well as other staff not on my team. Leaving is a bittersweet feeling. I am absolutely excited to experience the world with the tools I have gained here and the new sense of strength I have gained. I am honored to be a proud alumni of this wonderful family network. I had an amazing experience at Plymouth House! I am an alcoholic who has been trying to get sober for over a decade. I felt hopeless. The Plymouth house offered me a program that provided top notch personal counseling and psychiatric medical care. The cooks serve awesome, delicious healthy food!😋 I was set up with a kind compassionate 12 step sponsor who thoroughly guided me through the steps of AA so I had a unique opportunity to learn about myself while developing a personal relationship with my creator. The disease model is heavily emphasized while studying the big book of Alcoholics Anonymous. We had a chance to process, identify and ask questions with people who understand addiction so we got a clearer understanding of what alcoholism and drug addiction is. The neuro science of alcoholism and drug addiction was explored and taught in a way that helps me understand how alcohol and drugs affects my body and brain differently than someone who is not alcoholic or addicted. There are so many wonderful caring people that work at the Plymouth House they put their hearts and souls into what they do. I’m forever grateful to the Plymouth House and the entire staff that makes it’s heart beat❤️🙏 -Renee McAlister-
