⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My feelings about The Orchard Recovery Center go far beyond any words I could ever truly say. I am a changed, renewed, and hopeful person because of the care The Orchard showed me during my 30-day stay. From the beautiful people who maintain the breathtaking 132 acres, to the very top of the medical/ clinical team — and of course Dan — every single person is beyond exceptional. I truly believe the “secret sauce” everyone talks about at The Orchard is community. It begins with the people who dedicate their lives not only to their own sobriety, but to ours as residents as well. I cannot express enough gratitude to everyone who welcomed me into their care with open arms — with no judgment, no preconceived notions, and every willingness to give me the help, the space, and the love I needed to heal from trauma that resulted in addiction. If you are looking for a place to become renewed and begin your recovery journey, I would wholeheartedly encourage you to take a hard look at The Orchard. Set along the Brazos River, the land itself feels special. When the Indigenous people named this river , they could not have known it would one day feel like “the arms of love” to so many. But that is exactly what this land is, and exactly what The Orchard is all about! I took this photo on the last evening of my stay…. It speaks volumes….. The Orchard on the Brazos is an amazing place for recovery! The staff is caring and very attentive to your personal journey. The fellowship between the residents and the counselors is instrumental in the healing process. The setting is also therapeutic.

Miracles happen at The Orchard! It is a beautiful treatment center with skilled, professional staff and first class facilities. Every person is treated respectfully and with a genuine concern for each person’s healing, sobriety and recovery of life.

I don’t usually write reviews, but The Orchard deserves every word of praise I can offer. The property is stunning—peaceful, serene, and truly healing. It felt comfortable - like a home away from home… but better. The grounds are immaculate, the food is consistently delicious, and everything is kept incredibly clean and welcoming. What truly sets The Orchard apart is the staff. Every person I encountered—from counselors to kitchen staff—was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in my recovery. I wasn’t treated like a number or a case file. I was treated like a person, with dignity and care. I could trust them, and that trust became the foundation for my healing. This place is different than other rehabs. It’s not just about getting sober—it’s about learning how to live a joyful, meaningful life in sobriety. They took the time to work with me, to teach me, and to walk beside me through the hardest parts. Today, I’m celebrating 3 years sober. I owe that milestone—and so much more—to The Orchard. Coming here changed my life. I couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares, that nurtures your spirit as much as your recovery, this is it.
