The Freedom Center

My experience at The Freedom Center was exceptional during my stay. The staff showed amazing support, care and concern for the clients. They are professional and accommodating with each individual client needs. The group sessions are very beneficial, as well as the times we get to just hang out, play games, enjoy the outdoors, sit by the fire and enjoy each others company… all while clean and sober! I gained so much from this program, thanks to the counselors, Kathy, Mandy and Sam, the case manager Candy, as well as all the staff members! I recommend The Freedom Center in Buckeystown MD to anyone seeking treatment.

I have worked with TFC both personally and professionally. Every interaction has been smooth, compassionate and focused on getting people the care they need. What stands out most is that TFC never lets barriers to treatment stand in the way and they offer the full continuum of care. Kirby is especially incredible! He is always kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping others. He has gone above and beyond to help my friends and family access treatment. Thank you, TFC, for all that you do to serve others seeking recovery!!

The freedom center saved my life. Their generosity and support was priceless. From the therapists, the BHTs, the chef everyone made me feel loved and accepted. Without this program I wouldn’t know where I’d be. I will forever be grateful for the support i received here. I am continuing with their PHP program and thankful I’ll be going in there with a month clean. Couldn’t have done it without you all. 🙏
