Starlite Recovery Center

I want to extend my sincere gratitude to the entire staff at Starlite Recovery Center for their professionalism, compassion, and the exceptional care they provided. They consistently went above and beyond my expectations throughout my stay. My treatment at Starlite lasted 36 days, and the tools, insight, and support I received during that time have been foundational to my sobriety. I am now 56 days sober and continuing my recovery journey through PHP, followed by IOP. The progress I’ve made is directly tied to the work I began at Starlite. I would wholeheartedly recommend Starlite Recovery Center to anyone who is ready to do the work and truly wants to get better. The environment, guidance, and commitment of the team make all the difference.

I can honestly say this place saved my life. I've been to other rehabs but this place was different. The staff is what made it such a good experience. They didn't treat me like just another client, they made me feel like I was part of their family. The counselors really take the time to get to know you and learn how they can help you be the best version of yourself. The classes they offered are amazing they give you the tools to succeed once you leave. They have a great medical team there as well. I got there not wanting to be there and I left not wanting to leave. It's so peaceful on top of a hill with a nice trail to walk and offer other activities to stay healthy like Pilates, Yoga, Sound therapy, and etc. I'm for ever grateful for them giving me a new chance at life.

I am posting this two years after first stepping foot into Starlite. I say this because I can proudly say that I am two years sober, and I wholeheartedly thank Starlite for making that possible. This place saved my life. I participated in the veteran, active military, and first responder program. To start, Starlite doesn’t treat you like a patient, they truly mean it when they say you are a client. The staff is absolutely amazing, and I learned so many valuable insights that set me up for success after walking out of the program. They get to the root cause of your substance abuse, and for me it was unresolved work related trauma. I felt mentally stronger than ever when I completed the program. The campus was beautiful, the food was great, and I was surrounded by people that truly wanted to see me succeed. I felt so strongly about this program that I even stayed an extra two weeks so I could learn as much as absolutely possible to ensure I left feeling strong and prepared for sober life outside of the Starlite. I waited two years to write this review for one simple purpose. I want everyone who reads it to know Starlite can provide the building blocks to help secure a sober life for yourself or your loved one. Two years sober and I haven’t looked back. I’ll say it again… Starlite saved my life, and I will forever be thankful and remember my experience in the most amazing of ways. Lastly, I want to thank my counselor Teresa Brunsvold. She is so incredibly passionate about helping people, and I personally saw her unbelievable work ethic. She worked long hours, days off, and always made herself available to her clients. She is the definition of compassionate, and I will never forget all she did for me. Thank you Starlite for giving me a new life that I never thought was possible!

Whether it’s their residential programs or specialized tracks for veterans and professionals, Starlite offers a supportive, holistic path to recovery that I’d highly recommend to anyone seeking help.

Starlite recovery center has helped me reclaim my self as a person. The counselors were phenomenal in helping me find my rout to recovery. The medical staff is very helpful in fulfilling all of my medical needs. Overall all of the staff were respectful and ready to help. If I had to explain it in one sentence I would say it was like being on a vacation where you can breathe in fresh air with no worries.
