After completing IOP, I had planned to move on to the next stage of my life on my own, but I decided to continue with OP—primarily to keep working with my incredible therapist, Merrill Atlas. I can honestly say that my mental health wouldn’t be where it is today without Merrill’s expertise, guidance, and unwavering support. I highly recommend working with her if you have the chance! Southeast addiction center of Nashville has truly changed my life. Out of all the treatment centers I’ve experienced, this one stands out as the best! The staff is absolutely amazing — incredibly supportive, attentive, and genuinely invested in each person’s recovery. You can tell they deeply care about helping you heal and build a better future. The environment is safe, respectful, and full of encouragement. I’m beyond grateful for my time here. If you are serious about recovery, this is the place to be.

The staff helped me a lot in my recovery. They showed me love and kindness when I didn’t have it for myself. They understand what it’s like to be an addict/alcoholic so they know how to show compassion. I have been to 2 other treatments before and this place has given me the best experience in my recovery journey. Jake the case manager helped me settle in when I first got here by introducing me to everyone and letting me get a good meal. Leah my therapist has been the best, she has given me a safe space to be honest with another person about things I don’t feel comfortable sharing with others. I was struggling really badly with my depression and loving myself, and she helped me process my emotions and showed me support until I got my depression under control. Brandon has always brought good energy to the entire building and is a great roll model and inspiration to me on what I want my recovery journey to look like. If you are willing to give yourself over to this program you will learn a lot. I HIGHLY recommend Southeast Detox TN!

Can’t say enough good things about this rehab facility located in Nashville, Tennessee. Staffing is completely supportive they go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels seen, heard, and cared for. Met some thoughtful, most understanding people who’ve made this journey feel less isolating and more like a shared experience together. The community here is incredible and it’s been a safe and welcoming space for healing. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly rebuild yourself surrounded by positivity and care, I highly recommend this rehab.

I just completed an 11 week treatment program at Southeast and it has changed my life significantly for the better. I was recommended to the facility by another detox center in the Nashville area, and I couldn't have been happier. I had 2 case managers, Jake and Bella. Jake had my insurance and short term disability verified within 2 days and even took extra time to get to know my personal story and let me know he would be there for me if any of my needs changed. When Bella became my case manager she met with me and ensured that I continued to get all my individual needs met without making me feel like a burden to her. My therapist was Chakita. I have had over 20 therapists over the last 25 years and Chakita is the only one that actually made progress with me. She not only helped me to find my spirituality again but she provided educated and sincere guidance in all areas of my life including how to navigate my recovery journey with my 3 young children and my husband and mother. She truly helped me to overcome an identity crisis and begin to feel joy and a desire for living again. By the end of our sessions I went from a level 10 depression and anxiety to a ZERO!! She offers amazing tools and always has the right answers. The leadership and group staff are also amazing including Brandon, Pearl, Francine, Dan, Bubba, Ms Diane, and Marissa. I learned something in every group and actually looked forward to the days I had group to see what I would learn, and I even had fun!! Everyone takes time to know you and always welcomes you with a smile when you show up everyday. It's nice to know when you're showing up they are showing up for you too! I went to Southeast with alcohol and 7OH dependency taking over my life and now I am 90 days clean and sober and have an amazing foundation for the rest of my life. Southeast has helped give my kids their mommy back and my husband his wife back. I am sincerely and forever grateful for these 11 weeks well spent.
