I feel really lucky to have been able to come to treatment at SOBA. The nursing staff helped me and were amazing. The recovery technicians were amazing. I would especially like to thank Ryan and Jen. The whole clinical team met every single need I had quickly and efficiently. Finally I would like to thank supervisor Mike C for going above and beyond in every single way and making me feel like family from the start. This is a great facility and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to further their recovery! Thank you to the whole SOBA team!!!!!

I had the privilege and blessing to find my recovery at SOBA. This place truly saved my life. The staff was unrelentingly compassionate and focused on my care (from the techs, clinicians, therapist, case management, insurance etc). When I first walk in the doors, I was sick, broken and lost- I was at the end of my rope. I was treated with respect, love and dignity and they went out of their way to ensure that I safely detoxed, was comfortable and managed my diabetes (thanks for the hoodie, Mike!). The groups are inspiring, educational and empowering - Saturday pizza and movie nights are fun and relaxing (soda, candy and lots of camaraderie). With all the seriousness of being in treatment, there is also fun to be had here. I highly recommend the full 30 day program to get the most out of what is offered at this stellar facility. I've met so many here reaping the benefits of this program, and all of our stories are different , and yet exactly the same. Addiction wants us- and untold millions- sick, imprisoned, institutionalized, and eventually dead. I had the amazing opportunity to work as an intern and then transition to a part-time employee. With this role I was able to see the complete 180 clients would make after meeting with our staff. The techs in particular played a significant role in the day to day lives of clients, ensuring all their needs were met by creating/fostering a welcoming environment where clients were encouraged to voice their experiences. Mike C in particular took the time to train each member of the staff ensuring that they provided the best quality of care. I also saw what an impact Mike C had on the lives of clients he always came to work early and stayed late, going above and beyond for the clients.

I would not be the person I am today & I am so thankful for SOBA. I only spent about 2 months at SOBA but I truly wish I stayed longer. They were able to provide me the skills to deal with everyday issues & triggers which helps me to this day. For lack of better words I had an amazing experience at SOBA. My treatment, food accommodations, meetings, activities, the community & AMAZING STAFF. The people at SOBA really love what they do & it shows immensely.
