Serenity At Summit

Before walking in to serenity, there was so much unknown. I was quickly introduced to what my next 3 weeks looked like. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. 1 day in I joined groups, Dawn did an amazing job keeping me engaged and ensuring I was taking it all in. Spent a significant amount of time with my therapist Sean. Being able to have REAL sessions with Sean opened my eyes to a lot. Through his guidance I was able to build quick bonds through case load with complete strangers, whom I pray will continue to be apart of my sober network. I would recommend this treatment center to anyone diseased with addiction.

Sean has been amazing in the treatment of my loved one. This place has done more for him than any other place before. Sean has especially reassured my loved ones care, & kept me in the loop. The whole staff is very accommodating not only to their patients, but to the family as well. It’s been incredible to see my love one feel like they have a shot of doing & being better in their lives. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who truly wants to get better. This is a well rounded program that doesn’t make the patients feel trapped, like in a hospital setting or a “typical” rehab. I feel my loved one gets to choose his way of healing with the guidance of the wonderful staff.

My family member was a client at Serenity in Union. Sean S. gave the type of therapy that you hope and pray a loved one gets when seeking help for the first time. ***Pushing and assisting compassionately through the rough patches without enabling. The "night and day" difference that our loved one projected after graduating was a life long dream come true after decades of substance abuse. A new lease on life was given and we are eternally grateful! Thank you not only to (Sean specifically well deserved), but the entire village there! Bravo to the staff!

My loved one relapsed and I called Sean. He was on the phone with is in minutes. The whole team had him readmitted within a half hour to an hour we were on our way. Sean took time to meet with me and talk to me about things. My loved one is in good hands with Sean and the team. I know they will help him get to the bottom of things and help him get better and through this. I believe that my loved one agreed to go back because he knew he needed to and because he feels comfortable and safe here. Sean has been amazing in getting my loved one to open up more than he has ever done before and I know he will do what it takes to get him through this hiccup to recovery.

I found this place for my loved one. Our insurance was accepted so we looked into it more. The staff was amazing in getting my loved one accepted quickly. Sean has been amazing with him. I truly believe that the whole environment makes it easier to heal and recover and not feel like you're in prison. From walks to guitar to therapy Serenity has it all.
