Sean has been amazing in the treatment of my loved one. This place has done more for him than any other place before. Sean has especially reassured my loved ones care, & kept me in the loop. The whole staff is very accommodating not only to their patients, but to the family as well. It’s been incredible to see my love one feel like they have a shot of doing & being better in their lives. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who truly wants to get better. This is a well rounded program that doesn’t make the patients feel trapped, like in a hospital setting or a “typical” rehab. I feel my loved one gets to choose his way of healing with the guidance of the wonderful staff.

From Ines at the front desk — always welcoming with a smile — to nurses Kevin and Charlene, who took time to listen and explain everything with care, the staff truly stood out. Sean, our therapist, ran sessions that were not only insightful but genuinely enjoyable, helping us dig deeper into understanding addiction and ourselves. The techs and housekeeping team — Amirah, Dee, Nas, Charlie, Hakeem, Kamaar, and many others — made day-to-day life comfortable and encouraging. Even when the days got repetitive, their positivity kept everyone going. Brianna the case manager was amazing through my whole treatment at SNJ. She was always there when I needed someone to talk too, she set me up with an amazing PHP program. I’m super thankful for all the support she gave me and willingness to see what I couldn’t see in myself.
