Scottsdale Providence has been the most life changing and life saving opportunity, that I couldn’t be more grateful for! They’re so supportive and know what they’re doing to help you get back to yourself and your health. The connections I’ve made here are ones I will share for a life time! 100/100 recommend starting in your recovery with Scottsdale Providence. The staff is amazing and so knowledgeable about what you need and what it takes to help everyone who comes through here individually. It’s not just a clinic or a recovery center, it’s a family and they actually care about you here. Absolutely loved my time here, and I couldn’t be more thankful for everyone.

I have been a client at SPRC since the end of May 2025. This place honestly saved my life. I was in the PHP house for my first 2 months, and while there were hard days, I could not be more grateful that I stayed. SPRC taught me not just how to sit with discomfort, but how to thrive in it. Before coming here, I was hopeless. I did 3 weeks at a residential treatment center in Tucson before I was booted due to insurance. Alex and the other staff at SPRC were incredibly gracious with my financial situation; they look at the clients as real people rather than numbers. Each therapist here made me feel cared for and understood in both groups and individual sessions. Working with Denise has expanded my view of past traumas and how those affect my decisions and actions today, and she has facilitated so much healing of my inner parts. Dr. Sarah and her OT team helped me significantly with understanding my underlying neurodivergence. If you are debating coming here or sending your loved one here, I can attest to it being an extremely compassionate, fun-loving, and respectful community. The people I’ve met here have become a family to me, so much so that I decided to return for IOP after taking time out of state. That’s not to say it’s an easy walk in the park; you will work here, and you will face challenges. But you will have people standing by your side throughout them all. I feel the team at SPRC genuinely wants the best for me and cares about my wellbeing and success living a sober, free life. All of my love to this place.

Scottsdale Providence saved my life. As a lifelong drug addict I didn’t feel that there was much hope. I thought it was going to be awkward being a bit on the older side at 48, but neither preconceived notion was true. The staff at the residential house was warm and inviting. They reassessed and modified my medications which made me feel so much better. The staff immediately formed a treatment plan taking into account my goals. The group sessions are amazing and include everything from cutting edge therapy, traditional therapy, yoga, meditation, and daily check ins. The ono on one sessions are with highly skilled and compassionate therapists who use a variety of techniques. Once leaving residential and stepping down to PHP at the treatment center the amazing care continues. The group sessions are intense and very engaging. The one on one sessions continue to be facilitated by highly skilled therapists. Many of the staff are in recovery themselves. They treat everyone equally no matter what race, sect, political views, pronouns, religion, rich, poor, old, and young. I suffered a horrific family tragedy that occurred while I was still in treatment. The SPRC staff swooped in and offered me all the help and extra therapy I needed. They modified my treatment plan to account for this change. They even helped me get my affairs in order. And now that I’m a few days from completion, they have made sure everything I need to be successful is in place. From amazing facilities to having the very best staff, this place is second to none. It isn’t just a country club, they push you to work towards your goals and keep close eye on your progress. If you want to sit in a pool and have your hand held for 90 days, this is not the place. If you are serious about getting well and ready to put on the work, SPRC is the only choice in Phoenix.

I’ve spent many years struggling with addiction. I’ve been in and out of treatment my whole life, and this is literally the best treatment center I’ve ever been to! There’s no doubt in my mind that the staff here all care about my recovery, well being, and future.. they all go the extra mile to help. I’m so blessed to have discovered this program. And they don’t just focus on my recovery from drugs and alcohol. They have a team of highly trained therapists, that also care just as much, and bend over backwards to help.. SPRC ROCKS!

Scottsdale Providence is a wonderful program. Their commitment and care to my son was great. Caitlin, Lauren and all the staff were amazing. They had compassion, knowledge and understanding not only to my son but to our family as well. So grateful for this program and staff they truly care.
