Everyone and I mean every single staff member,( nursing, cooking, case managers, therapists, techs) were ABSOLUTELY EXTRAORDINARY! I have zero complaints. I wish I was over exaggerating. The food was great, the center was clean, the nurses were nurturing, the techs were empathetic, and the clients were even nicer but I promise it because of the way were treated and taken care of. I can honestly say I love everyone bc they loved me! 10 outta 10 would recommend. If I ever needed help in the future I would do this all over again. (BTW I live in Atlanta but I’d still come allll the back to sweet, sweet Kentucky!)

Absolutely incredible facilities and staff. I would recommend this recovery home to ANYONE. Just 100% amazing, a true gem of a treatment facility. I didn't want to leave! Top notch in every single category and the food was amazing. Just an overall AWESOME experience in getting sober. You ROCK RAC!!!

I can’t say enough great things about The Robert Alexander Center and the incredible staff who made such a lasting impact on my experience there. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for, supported, and treated with respect. Whitney, the group facilitator, created an environment where everyone felt comfortable opening up and participating. Her energy, compassion, and ability to connect with people made group sessions something I actually looked forward to every day. Chris, my therapist, was absolutely outstanding. He listened without judgment, challenged me when I needed it, and helped me gain real insight and tools that I’ll continue to use long after treatment. His professionalism and compassion truly made a difference in my recovery journey. Salom from the kitchen staff deserves a huge shoutout as well. The kindness and positivity brought to every meal never went unnoticed, and the food was consistently great. It may seem small, but having someone who genuinely cares can completely change the atmosphere of a place. Ben, the case manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. He made a stressful process feel manageable and supported every step of the way. And finally, Bie the nurse was incredible. Caring, attentive, and professional, Bie always made me feel safe and comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about the wellbeing of every client she works with. The Robert Alexander Center is filled with people who genuinely want to help others heal and succeed. I’m beyond grateful for the support I received there and would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care.

RAC set me up to have a highly successful recovery from my addiction to alcohol. They truly saved my life. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for relief from their addictions. The facility was extremely clean and top of the line. The staff are extremely empathetic, kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. They go out of their way to check on you and make sure that you have what you need. They will love you back to life. The rooms are extremely comfortable, and the food was amazing. The group facilitators, counselors, and case workers are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have zero complaints from my time spent there. They also offer aftercare options and I highly encourage anyone that completes their treatment at RAC to take the advantage of these programs. They will set you up for a successful journey to sobriety. I’d like to personally shout out Kurstey, Wes, Christina, Marcus, Kimberly, Eric the Therapist, and Isabella the case manager.

I am FOREVER grateful for RAC. I was amazed at the level of understanding, love, and passion that filled these walls. I will never forget to put (MY) recovery first before anything else in my life because they taught me that! There are way too many to name but each and every one of you.. please never stop doing what you do because you saved my life.
