Roaring Brook

I absolutely loved my experience at roaring brook! I did the IOP program and lived in a sober living. The program is a very holistic approach to recovery and something that other programs lacked. Very genuinely, the staff truly cares for their clients and consistently has their best interest at heart. The diversity in the therapeutic approaches in groups kept me very intrigued and really benefited me in my recovery in addition to my personal therapist in the program. I would want my loved ones to go to roaring brook and would trust that they would receive the best possible treatment, so I highly suggest this program to anyone looking to get sober or continue to seek support in their sobriety journey!!

I just graduated from Roaring Brook and I could not imagine going anywhere else for recovery. The compressive program you receive and the care that every individual gives you is unmatched. And not only the staff was amazing. The group I was in have a bond that will continue to grow even after the program. Roaring Brook saved my life. I made a first attempt at treatment here in September of last year but was not quite ready for it. The staff was so gracious with me and suggested I go to an inpatient facility—but I could come back as soon as possible. They took me back no questions asked. The staff fostered an incredibly healthy environment for those of us in addiction and all the clients felt safe and we were able to be open with all that we struggled with. Accountability was offered in a constructive and caring way, and what I was unable to do for myself, a helping hand was always within reach. Roaring Brook is a very unique and amazing treatment facility. This was my first time in recovery but I had an amazing experience. They not only help you understand and treat substance abuse but dive into problems of the individual that can cause substance abuse. You will learn more about yourself and how to handle life than you will in any other experience
