What Our Patients Say About Us
Reviews
I don't often write reviews, in fact this may be just the third one I've written in my entire life. With that said, I felt it selfish to not write one for an organization that is literally helping to change my life. Below is a quick breakdown of what I think is important for people to know.
A network of trusted and understanding people is critical in ensuring success over the demons we face. An environment of compassion and support both inside and outside of the building is encouraged and supported to help us grow a network that works for us.
One on one therapy with qualified, caring and focused therapists. These folks bring tremendous training and practical experience. I can only speak directly about my therapist. He is incredibly knowledgeable and he provides incredible perspective to things going on. I do know that if I didn't click with my therapist there are several others qualified to help me.
Large group discussions led by knowledgeable and committed facilitators helps me feel safe and allows me to be vulnerable. Knowing I'm surrounded by people who understand what Im going through makes all the difference.
It doesn't matter if your 18 or 80, short or tall, big or small, you fit right in - No judgement.
Operations - These are the people that do everything behind the scenes. Without them nothing works. I need help managing the DMV, LTD and insurance and they graciously handle everything for me. I see them going above and beyond to make sure people get the treatment they need. The caring is authentic.
The medical staff is top notch. Tremendous knowledge, experience and perspective. Committed to my health and my needs first and foremost and I appreciate that.
Finally, if you're on the fence, go and see for yourself. What do you have to lose? Stay Strong!
Hello my name is Derrick Williams I been going to Rhode Island Addiction Treatment Center for almost 7 months. Great staff members, case managers, therapist, and Doctors staff members. They treat all clients as family members and never turn anyone down from help. They make sure everyone is safe and positive at all times. Always ears for the clients stories. Make sure we leave here with positive energy and thoughts. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get involved with recovery and support for a change.
I honestly can’t recommend Rhode Island Addiction Treatment Centers enough. From the moment I started, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and supported, treating me like a person rather than just another number. The program gave me the tools and coping skills I really needed to handle my recovery and mental health. I also appreciated the flexibility they offer, including the online options, which made it so much easier to fit treatment into my daily life. If you are struggling, this place provides a safe, compassionate environment that can truly make a difference.
This treatment center gave me the structure and support I needed during a very difficult time. Recovery is never easy, but having staff who actually listen and treat you like a human being makes all the difference. The counselors and support team were professional, understanding, and consistent.
What stood out most was the focus on long-term healing, accountability, and personal growth — not just getting through the program. I’m thankful for the experience and would recommend this center to anyone serious about recovery.
