What Our Patients Say About Us
Reviews
I want to thank Justin and all his staff for the amazing job they did and for how wonderfully they treated my grandson. From start to finish, they were kind, patient, and professional, truly going above and beyond to make the experience a great one.
My son and I are truly grateful for everything you’ve done. We can honestly say that you really help people and make a difference with the care and compassion you show.
Thank you again, Justin and team, you’re the best!

Everyone I dealt with were really nice and group was some good, some bad. My counselor was great.
I thought for myself I needed to do more one on one work with my counselor and would of perferred 2 days of that and only one day of group. However, I did gain alot of knowledge and tools to use moving forward.
To RIATC,
The PHP and IOP programs at RIATC provide excellent, evidence-based treatment across multiple modalities and I found that it was quite helpful, which includes treatment of substance use and mental health diagnoses. The feeling is warm and welcoming and includes multiple layers of client centered treatment (e.g., one on one therapy, medication management, group therapy, etc.). I felt that the groups were both supportive and inclusive, with a comfort that allows for transparency and vulnerability across group members. In fact, multiple group members had reported a feeling of comfort and healthy support during the groups; something they don't often experience elsewhere. In addition, the programs are open to suggestions and feedback from clients and staff do put in effort to adapt accordingly and ensure client centered care. Furthermore, RIATC works with clients to identify root causes driving substance use, something that is necessary throughout the process of recovery and stabilization of mental health symptoms. Overall, RIATC is an effective program for anyone struggling with substance use and/or mental health and I would highly recommend it. Thank you.
Everyone at RIATC is amazing! Between the operations team, the facilitators, and even the clients everyone here feels like a family. I have been here in recovery for a few weeks now and it has been truly eye opening and helpful in so many ways. I could not recommend this place enough if you’re in a recovery whether it’s for addiction mental health or both this is the place to go!
Be careful of who handles your care, I lucked out.
TJ, Kathy, G and Paige go above and beyond. They truly care and got into this line of business to help folks. Jimmy seemed really cool but I graduated before I got to know him.
TJ and Kathy have such an amazing teaching plan for mental health, it's impressive. You don't have to be an addict, there are still educated, compassionate, and QUALIFIED people there that will be on your side.
For those us who might need a little (or a lot) of help, give this a shot. You' re worth it
Business practices are weird. They make people use their personal cell phones for things like confirming attendance for even the desk staff and that really rubbed me the wrong way. Would make more sense if they had an office cell phone to text client rather than force the employees to use their personal phones. In a medical field that's odd and off putting. Especially when new desk employees have full access to all personal contact info.
