What Our Patients Say About Us
Reviews
Red Rock Recovery Center was a beacon of hope during one of the darkest times in my life. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with compassion, respect, and unwavering support. They truly understood what I was going through and provided not just a place to heal, but the tools and guidance I needed to rebuild my life.
The program at RRR is structured yet deeply personal, offering a balance of therapy, education, and community that made all the difference in my recovery. They didn’t just help me get sober—they helped me rediscover myself, build resilience, and develop the confidence to move forward.
Now, a year later, I’m beyond grateful for the life I have today, and I owe so much of that to Red Rock Recovery Center. If you or a loved one is struggling and looking for a place that truly cares, I can’t recommend RRR highly enough. They don’t just offer treatment—they offer hope, healing, and a future worth fighting for.
I am grateful for Red Rock Recovery Center. My experience into the world of recovery was with much apprehension. The staff at the inpatient facility, though PHP and IOP were extremely understanding and helpful while I came to a real understanding of what addiction is and how it has affected my life.
If you are reading this for yourself or a loved one I can relate. I looked for every reason why I didn't need recovery. I thought I could manage addiction on my own. With every reason I could imagine why I didn't belong there were 10 reasons why I did.
The community of friends I have met through therapy and groups that RRRC supports outside of therapy are incredible.
The pressure of coming back to life after addiction has been low stress with so many fun activities.
I highly rate RRRC as a friendly, helpful and effective treatment center.
Nothing is like Red Rock. It was the best choice I've ever made regarding my addiction & recovery. Caring, professional staff (many whom are in long term recovery themselves and understand), comprehensive program, group & 1 on 1 therapy, and activities like yoga, hiking, and gym in a comfortable atmosphere in the beautiful, nature-filled Morrson/Conifer area. There 4 stage program changed my life. Detox, residential treatment, PHP, & IOP. And then there's the excellent alumni program with tons of support through meetings, events & activities. If you're committed to fighting an addiction, this is the place to go.
This program saved my life and every day gives me the tools and resources to make it a life I want to live. Words fall far too short of the gratitude I have for this program and everything they have done for me. So many resources, spectacular staff, refreshingly authentic care and love in this program. I've never felt so supported and secure and safe. From my first phone call on through to the present, it's been nothing but exceptional. My sanctuary, my recovery cocoon and somewhere I'll feel at home throughout my recovery journey and life. I feel confident now that my recovery and future has begun. A life of freedom and opportunity. I was hopeless, discouraged and desperate. I never have to feel that way again. Thank you RRRC~ FOREVER GRATEFUL
The Good: Ran by caring owners in Recovery. They surrounded themselves and the place with amazing, kind, and qualified professionals. The BHTs and Therapists are super amazing, really friendly, very kind, and really helpful. It has an amazing vibe of love and honesty. These staff are beyond perfect. The curriculum is great and really helpful. They do hikes 2x a week and it's really nice. The location is beautiful, surrounded by trees. There is plenty of outdoor time that makes it truly an oasis. Not only was it a drug/alcohol rehab for me, but they got my mental health issues managed. It's a holistic approach that really works well. The food is pretty rocking.
The Bad: the healthcare providers, i.e. the doctors, are curt, don't spend any quality time with you. If you're not assertive or don't know what you need or the the options, it won't go too well for you. I was able to get what I needed after numerous prodding attempts and doing extensive research on medications.
The ugly: while I love the nurses and they are amazing as people. I repeatedly got incorrect doses. Had medications (OTC) that didn't enter my chart, and they swore up and down they never carried them. (It happened with 2 different OTC medications). They promised to look into it, but to no avail. Also, the nurses dropped my meds 2x times on the floor and gave it to me anyway. I was promised PRN scripts on the way out. But they forgot it. I tried to get it, but being they made me sign my exit medication release, I was unable to get the promised medicines. Overall, myself and others had infinite issues with medicines. The nursing staff is overworked and the system makes it complex to administer the correct doses etc. If you're not 100% on top of your meds EVERY time and if you're not assertive or ask about options, you are in trouble.
Overall, I highly, highly recommend, they helped me immensely, beyond words. I love the staff and the fellow clients. With the above caveats I would go again there if the need arouse and I'd advise anyone to check it out.
