RVA was awesome in almost every way! Nearly everyone truly cares about the people seeking a new way of life here. Tracy, Traci, Monyell, Claude, Jimmy, Kevin, Sam, Ken, both Dwaynes, Laticia, Coop, and all the other techs really try to help people. Carina, Jay, Courtney, and all of the other amazing nurses work incredibly hard to ensure that our medical needs are met. Terryn, Rachel, Jasmine, Justie, Blair, Jenny, both Jennas, Destyny, Yvette, Alleyah,and Ali are amazing at what they do in therapy and groups! If you are ready, this place will help you start! This place was great. Don't listen to the poor reviews. From the living space to the food, I give it 5 stars! The staff is amazing except for a couple less than helpful techs/nurses. If I ever need to go back to treatment, this is definitely my first phone call.
This was the most amazing experience of my life! I’m talking about life changing experiences! grew soooooo much a a man. The therapist are so in tune and compassionate about your recovery. Rachel, Alli, Jasmine, Ms Terryn , Jennie, Justie, Yvette, Aliyah, Zema, Jenna, Blair and Kyle! And let me not for get Ms Jennifer. Thank you guys so much. I couldn’t have come to a better community. God lead me here no doubt. The food was great. Lots of seconds. Every where you go it’s gonna have pros and cons. One the best part about the facility is YOU GET YOUR PHONE WITHIN 48 HOURS!!!!!!!! Anywhere else in the Northern Hemisphere. You waiting 30-45 days! Minimum. It’s great! They don’t expect you to quit everything all at one so it is a smoking and vaping facility. Outside of course. Please if you’re seeking help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
