Loved my experience at RIO. They saved my life and helped prepare me for the next step of my journey. I’ve never seen a treatment staff be such a family among themselves as well as with clients, I miss them everyday. Made some true friends while I was there that go back with me to visit. It was truly an educational experience and I wish other treatment centers had such beneficial material and educated facilitators, I couldn’t be happier with my experience; they’re head and shoulders above the other treatment centers I’ve dealt with. If you or a loved one need help with recovery from addiction, this is the place to go!

My RIO experience was above expectations by far. From the intake process I felt like they truly cared for my wellbeing. The techs, nurses, and staff have compassion because many have been in the same situation at one time in their past meaning they understand the struggles of addition and the recovery journey. I am still a patient and one day will be alumni who can take the tools I’ve learned to stay sober and give back to other addicts and tell my stories of struggles and recovery. RIO will always be the first place I recommend to anyone looking to put their life back on the right track.

RIO was the best choice for my son. The staff had great communication with me from pick up until discharge. All his appointments where set up and he came home a different person with a positive outlook on life. There is not one person that stands out but admissions, nursing and all the techs really helped make the changes I see today in my son.

When I was lost in the middle of the night RIO had someone on their way to get me to a safe place. From the nurses and the Director of nursing meeting me there for my admission to Charlie helping me with a great discharge. Rehab is scary but yall helped me! Thank you all, I am now present in my family life because of the tool box you provided me.

The Recovery Institute of Ohio helped me turn my life around. The staff truly care and get it — they know what you’re going through and are open and receptive to your personal care and situation. The program teaches you how to rebuild your life and believe in yourself again, and there’s an amazing recovery community built around it that continues to support you long after treatment.
