Northpoint – Idaho

Where to start… I found the structure, schedule and unlimited snacks very overwhelming at first, as most people in the entry position would. Then the 3rd day something happened. I was greeted by an employee and they were so welcoming and considerate of what my needs were. From then on I started noticing all the support and love coming from everyone there, whether they were an employee or not. As I moved along the days and weeks I noticed myself becoming one of those supporters to others in need, while still getting all the info and clarity I needed. It’s a beautiful thing especially all the staff and activities they do. Forever grateful for Northpoint Idaho!! Special thanks to: Cat, Nick, Sophie, and both the Mikes!! You guys and gals made a special impact on my life that is worth sharing❤️

I was nervous and didn't know what to expect from a rehab. Northpoint was better than I ever imagined. Very welcoming and professional staff and medical team. Rooms are very clean and modern. Food was really good and plenty of it. Classes were great and lots of support from others going through the same battle to fight this disease of addiction. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Northpoint was a life changing experience! The classes were very educational (& sometimes hard) and taught me a lot. I feel that I am set up for a lifetime of sobriety. The staff & nurses are really great as well! Come committed to your recovery and you will succeed!

Choosing to go to Northpoint in Meridian was the hardest, bravest and most rewarding choice I have made for myself. Walking through those doors to check myself in was unnerving because I didn’t know what to expect or what the future held. The staff immediately made me feel welcome and safe. The nurses were attentive and caring. The techs were alert and ready to help with anything I needed. The chefs made tasty food and worked around dietary restrictions. The counselors held important classes that had life changing solutions to my problems. Most of all, I found a new sober community to bond with that has allowed me to continue new friendships outside of Northpoint. By the time it came for me to graduate, I was more nervous and sad to leave than I was excited! But Northpoint has given me tools and coping skills I use in my every day life that has helped transform my mind, body and spirit. This was the most rewarding experience of my life and it has helped me to begin transforming into the woman I’ve wanted to be. If you decide to check into treatment, please give this place a shot. There are morning walks, a basketball court, volleyball net, arts and crafts, haircuts, charging stations, movie nights, outings, and professional staff that work around you 24/7. They also talk to you like a person, not an inmate or someone who is below them. I was treated like a human and not another number. Northpoint recovery was the best decision I could have made for myself. The nurses and technicians were top notch. The facility was very comfortable and provided everything needed for my recovery from addiction. I would recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with an addiction and is ready to change their lives.
