Northpoint – Idaho

I can't express how grateful I am for this facility and the staff. It has honestly changed my life and Sophie is the coolest and realist person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is the best! This place changed my life. If you're thinking about rehab take a leap of faith. The hardest thing to do is to step through those doors. This is the best rehab facility in the Northwest and possibly the country. The staff is amazing. It was the best decision that I have ever made and probably changed the course of my life.

I came to northpoint on March 30th and im going to finish this program and discharge on April 27th. Me experience here has been so awesome. The nursing staff is very compassionate and made me feel so comfortable especially during my detox. The counselors, techs and my peers have given me so much support and guidance. Classes and groups are so welcoming. The kitchen staff makes delicious meals and the snacks are great. If you are struggling and need help I highly recommend northpoint! They are the best!

Best Recovery facility I’ve ever been to! All of the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They genuinely care for the patients and are always open to feedback to better our experience. The counselors not only take care of the patients but allow family members to be a part of the experience as well. They take great interest in our aftercare plans and help us navigate the transition from residential treatment to whatever’s next. Overall, would 100% recommend this facility. Thank you Northpoint!

Northpoint is the best of the best when you need kindness and support the most. The beds are comfortable, the food is amazing, and the staff are so very kind and fun. Walking through the doors is scary, but once you get in there, you feel nothing but love and unwaveringsupport. I HIGHLY recommend Northpoint for your recovery care.

Northpoint 💙 you guys saved not only mine but my baby boys life to 💙 and you guys gave me the chance to be a mom💙 I was sacred when I found out I was pregnant and I was using and I had no one to go to or what to do and you guys took me in a nursed me back to life. And not only that gave me more tools to stay sober and want better for myself and my son. You guys have in amazing nursing staff and amazing peopme that go above and beyond for u like Isaac, Aaron, Sophie, Steve ' O and Nick, Mike, and David and most of Heather ❤️ all of the others its because all of you that I made it through the toughest time of my life. ❤️ so for anyone that is struggling Northpoint is the way to go and not only do they take care of they become family and give you faith and hope and love.
