About Northpoint – Idaho
Northpoint Recovery began with a small group of people suffering from substance use. Like many others suffering from addiction, they believed that their substance use resulted from a lack of self-control or willpower. As a result, they felt ashamed, hopeless, and isolated as they struggled to control their substance use.
Mission & Vision
At Northpoint Recovery, our mission is to provide the same quality of care we would wish for our own families and loved ones.

What Our Patients Say About Us
Reviews
After falling off the wagon, being sober for 2 1/2 years, I looked into Northpoint in Meridian, Idaho. It is a two year-old facility and very well planned out. Beautiful courtyard to enjoy outside, lots of games and activities. The curriculum was excellent. They kept us busy. Food was great, counselors and nurses were also excellent and very professional. Completed the 28 day program and learned great techniques and choices to keep me going in the right direction. Would highly recommend this place for anybody struggling with alcohol or drugs. They also have a great detox program. I am looking forward to attending the Northpoint recovery alumni meetings every Friday night to see personnel and also friends that I made while I was in there.
Northpoint is exactly what I needed! The staff was absolutely fantastic and encouraging! Very clean, rooms are spacious enough. Food is great. I loved all of my experiences at Northpoint. If anyone is wondering if they should go, they should. They won't have any regrets. Counselors ,facilitators, nursing ,techs, cooks, everyone that cleans and keeps this place going , I love them all! Thanks to all of you!!!
NorthPoint is a game changer. It helped me . I feel like a better person for having completing the program. It definitely gave me the knowledge and reset I wanted to maintain sobriety. I feel like a better person and the staff came through when I needed it. The Yoga classes were really great as well . They are lucky to Have Mary . She’s so cool .
This place was amazing. Staff was so accommodating the peers were all engaged and everyone became family. The food was amazing and the place was clean nice rooms 2 beds 1 bath per room.
Now to get down to the meat and potatoes . With all I mentioned above I was able to put all my attention into there fantastic program. The information was something different each week with lots of research based literature and there approach with adding in rec days like the gym or off site meeting just kept it from being mundane and redundant. The weeks start getting after it and as the week goes its gets easier with less of a work load .
Thanks to everyone you saved my life Greg Pearson
My experience at NorthPoint was amazing. I never expected to leave a treatment center with such a profound sense of connection and gratitude. Everyone from the nursing and medical staff to the counselors and recovery techs, every single person there really seemed invested in my success. I really felt seen and valued and I know that when I run into difficulties along this journey I have resources and a community of NP alumni there to help me walk through it. I have a sense of hope and optimism I’d not expected and am truly grateful for my experience there.
