It’s hard to put into words the depth of gratitude and admiration we have for this recovery facility, but I’ll do my best because they deserve every bit of praise and more. Our daughter has been through a long and painful journey—one that at times felt hopeless. We had tried other facilities and programs, only to be disappointed time and again. Too often, the system felt indifferent. Three places gave up when things got hard. Staff seemed overwhelmed or under-trained. Promises were made but not followed through. It left us as parents emotionally drained and our daughter feeling like she was beyond help. Then we found this place—and everything changed. From the very first phone call, there was something different. We were met with empathy, not red tape. With hope, not judgment. And most importantly, with a team that saw our daughter not as a case, a diagnosis, or a burden—but as a whole person worthy of love, care, and support. Patricia and her team have been nothing short of angels in our lives. I don’t use that word lightly. They have shown an incredible level of commitment—not only to our daughter’s healing, but to us as parents. They’ve walked with us through some of our darkest days, offering guidance, patience, and understanding that never once felt forced or procedural. We felt heard. We felt included. And for the first time in a long time, we felt like we weren’t alone. Our daughter is doing better now than we ever thought possible, and it’s directly because this facility never gave up on her, even when others did. They tailored her treatment with care and insight. They adjusted when things weren’t working. They believed in her when she didn’t believe in herself. That level of dedication is rare—and it’s why I’m writing this review with so much emotion. Every staff member, from clinicians to support staff, has treated our family with dignity and respect. There is a warmth in this place, a real human connection that you just don’t find everywhere. It’s not just a facility—it’s a community of people who genuinely care. That makes all the difference in the world. I just finished up my detox here and I have to say WOW what an amazing facility! The staff were so kind, the doctors so knowledgeable, and the sobriety groups were very fulfilling! I am hoping I never have to come back and I stay sober, but if I do need to come back, I know where I am going. Thank you Luxe treatment!!

I had no idea where to go, or what to do because this rehab industry is mostly a scam and expects to see you back in a few months. Im so fortunate to have found this place. It was my first rehab center ever and was terrified. This is not your typical rehab facility where they cycle people. They truly do care and want to see you succeed. That's if you truly try and care. It's smaller and not 20+ to 100s of people like most. Which to me makes it more special. It was like our own small little family. This place saved my life due to Dr. Strohm and the lead nurse Armine. When I say saved my life I truly mean that. I was in a Coma for several days prior and if it wasn't for them not sure if I'd be here today. It taught me so much about life and myself in general, and to much to type to be honest. But if you need help Luxe in Vegas is by far the best. Also I promise your if you can't make it here it'll be very hard to make it anywhere else. I read alot of recent comments all are great but one about Dr. Strohm. This lady knows when your full of crud. She's seen it all and I wish there was enough space to write my full story but there's not all I can say is if your looking for an amazing rehab place that cares this is it! Also don't be afraid just do it your will be so much better in the end.

Luxe Treatment is a wonderful place to work. Great staff and excellent patient care. This site offers the most thorough treatment planning and quality care I have seen in the Vegas valley. Beautiful home site, weekly outings and delicious meals daily for patients. Highly recommended!

The addiction counselors at Luxe Treatment Center are absolutely outstanding. Their immense patience, expertise, and compassionate approach were invaluable.
