⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I cannot say enough amazing things about Live Oak Detox Center in Fort Pierce, Florida. From start to finish, the experience has been nothing but positive vibes. I appreciate every single staff member there — the kindness, patience, and genuine care they show is something you don’t find just anywhere. I want to give a special shout-out to Mia. I’m pretty sure I drove her crazy with all my messages while my husband was there, but she responded promptly every single time and never once made me feel like a bother. She truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for her. My husband told me that everyone treated him extremely well and made him feel safe, supported, and respected. He is so thankful he went — and honestly, so am I. He could’ve walked out at any moment, but because of how welcoming, encouraging, and loving the staff is, he stayed and fought through the hard days. Thank you, Live Oak, for helping give my husband a fresh start and giving our family hope again. 💛 I will always recommend this facility/program! I speak with and speak to a lot of people that are in addiction and a lot of people that have relapsed and I will always tell them. This is a top-notch place.💞

Wow… where do I even begin? I can honestly say my experience at Live Oak Detox in Ft. Pierce, Florida was truly life-changing. Let’s be honest—walking into detox is not exactly how most people picture a “reset.” It’s humbling, uncomfortable, and can feel pretty overwhelming. But from the moment I got there, I was treated with kindness, dignity, compassion, and just enough grace to keep my hardheaded self moving in the right direction. Amanda (The Bad Ass Author of Modern Day Hitch Hiker), Mia, Alex, and the entire staff were absolutely incredible. They made a very difficult season of my life feel a whole lot less heavy, and I’m genuinely grateful for every bit of support they gave me. What stood out most to me was the people. Every staff member I encountered truly cared. They weren’t just clocking in and out—they were invested in helping people heal, get stable, and move forward. And when you’re walking through one of the hardest chapters of your life, that means more than words can explain. Chef Lori was amazing and catered to my dairy allergy with amazing original dishes which can be found in her cook book. (yes that's right a Private Chef people) The therapy side was also top-notch. Elana, Susan and Adele; thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me check my ego, which apparently had been doing CrossFit for years. They were patient, understanding, insightful, and easy to talk to. For the first time in a long time, I felt like I could actually see the page turning into a new chapter. I never felt judged, only challenged in the right ways and for a stubborn guy like me, that’s saying something. The facility itself was clean, organized, and peaceful, which made it easier to actually focus on getting better. And one thing I really appreciated was that they understood real life doesn’t stop just because you’re getting help. As a business owner with responsibilities and people depending on me, it meant a lot that I could still stay connected where needed while prioritizing recovery. Also don’t let the location fool you Ft. Pierce may not be Malibu or South Beach, but what happens inside those doors is just as powerful. This place is a hidden gem. If you or someone you love is struggling and needs help, I would absolutely recommend Live Oak Detox. Recovery isn’t easy, but the right people can make all the difference. The staff here were great. The class sessions were also great. I like the fact that it is a smaller facility, 16 beds. Met and connected with some great people.
