Laguna Treatment Center

The clinical staff at Laguna treatment Hospital is excellent. There are, of course, variations in the experience and training of the facilitators. Well, some are very good, a few tend to do the same activities, repeatedly. The ones who engage the client, no, and plan their groups, are excellent; unfortunately, that does not include all of them. The same as true of the case managers. Well, some are stellar, a couple or inexperienced, or seem to be different. One group facilitator, Gilbert, always has productive, informative groups. He also has started a store where we can purchase at various items with tickets we receive when we attend groups. This is a very popular part of Laguna Treatment Center and I welcome Getting tickets at every opportunity. They utilize detox protocol and practice medication assisted treatment. The nursing staff is experienced, knowledgeable, and generally helpful. Some of the techs Are helpful and actually care about the clients, A few are nonchalant and really don’t do any part of their job. This is especially true of those who work overnight. I would recommend the Laguna treatment center To anyone looking for a recovery program from addiction to drugs and or alcohol.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The staff is amazing. The food is amazing. The gift cart is awesome because you can buy things with tickets for attending the groups. It’s a great place to grow a community of sober people and Gilbert is absolutely amazing! He has taught me things I would never knew about Dharma recovery refuge, recovery, and so many other things to help me heal.

The Laguna Treatment Center is a well run facility. Staff (nurses, front and back office, facilitators, kitchen and house keeping) are friendly and helpful. The detox process is well managed by the nurses. The groups are run efficiently and offer standard and alternative ways (Gilbert’s groups) to recover from all addictions. The facility itself is a bit hospital like. It takes a little while to adjust to this way of living but so far it seems worth it. They offer yoga and a small gym. Pool in the warmer months. Food is good and the facility is very clean. They give tickets for attending meetings and you can purchase personal items and candy throughout the week.

Laguna is a great spot to go find treatment. From the activities to the food, it really is top notch. There also are therapists, nurses, and doctors who really seem to care about their patients. The TAs go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and comfortable-from Kylie listening to my complaints, and Dylan really going the extra distance to ensure my needs were met- this place is a choice destination to get well. They are the rehab you may not want, but the rehab you truly need.
