Ironbridge is a great facility for initial detox and for your initial rehabilitation. The staff are kind and caring. The counselors run good engaging classes, keep good communication with you and make sure you are well taken care of and that you are not under any mental stress. The Nurses amd Aides were always kind and took care of any needs that arose. The kitchen was also well ran & the food was great. You definitely will not go hungry and will be well fed with 3 meals and snacks throughout the day. The transportation driver Frank is also a really awesome genuine guy. He will always do his very best 2 get you wherewver u need to go in a timely fashion. Obviously if its court ordered or a medical appointment u always take precedent and they get you there on time.
The facility is itself is well maintained, clean, and comfy. The rooms are all 2 to a bedroom with a bathroom to every bedroom so NO big communal bathrooms or waiting for shower time. Beds are comfy, rooms are spacious with a lamp for more soft lighting if u want, ample closet space and a table & seating for any writing or drawing. Also drawer space. Large communal TV room with 2 sofas, 2 large comfy seats and plenty of additional seating. Ample tables, coffee machine, and sink. TV has sum streaming services and there is a movie night & TV time is until 11pm so pretty late. Lights dimmed at 10pm and quiet time after 9 or 10pm. An additional smaller TV room with a small 2 seat sofa and a lounge chair and a few seats. Also a phone for calls and a laptop + monitor for any computer work.
East Side of facilities (1st 30 days) cell phones only on sunday for an hour or 2. West side (last 30 days) you get your cell phone). You can smoke cigarettes and use dip and go on a store run 1 or 2x a week. You can get a 5hr day pass on the weekend to leave the facility with good behavior & class attendance and also attend the neighboring church Sunday. Also a small Gym in the facility with set hours so everyone gets time. I used it frequently and its got good working equipment. Was never super crowded and water in the gym. Ample water throughout the whole facility really.
Overall a A+ experience. Is my 2nd experience with Rehab and was 100% better than my 1st time at a different facility. Have continued on my path of sobriety and about to hit 5 months now where as last time it was short lived. I always fealt engaged, treated well, good counseling, offer MAT, the CBT therapy really taught me new things about myself and my addiction, never fealt rushed, had ample break time & didnt get up at the crack of dawn (Breakfast 830 or 845, class start 930).
Definitely recommend this program to anyone who is trying to get clean and get their life back on track. This is definitely the place to be.
I don't know where to begin! Iron Bridge HELPED ME realize, that there is life after addiction. The majority of the staff is phenomenal; this ranges from the personal therapist you are assigned, to the BHA's who interact closely with you everyday even including the kitchen staff who provides meals that are filling and high in quality. I've been struggling with addiction the past 10 years and until Iron Bridge I saw no relief in sight. I accomplished more there in 30 days than I have in the past 3 years. If I could give them 20 stars I easily would. The facility is clean, up to date, and resourceful. There are supports for aftercare including IOP, and the Alumni Group. This Rehabilitation Center is more concerned about you than a profit. If you are ready and truly ready to work on you and leave the extra baggage behind, then this is the place that you need to be.

Overall, I had a great expirience going through iron bridge recovery. Ive been in and out of recovery, mostly through the NA program for 15+ years on and off, with a few bouts of substantial clean time, and alot of personal discovery and growth along the way. I recently had a bad 4 month relapse heavily drinking daily, and was unable to stop on my own accord this time. My friends from NA suggested residential treatment at iron bridge for 35 days so that I could medically detox under supervision, be physically separated from the easy ability to get alcohol, and the environment I had been drinking and isolating in. It also offered the opportunity for a reintroduction into NA meetings, as there are 12 step meetings a few nights of the week, in a secured environment, as well as a therapeutic environment to discuss what I was going through. I personally thought there was a great amount of balance between group time, and down time, meal time, etc. There were of course areas for improvement when it came to ironing out phone and tv availability, a bit of inconsistency in the rules/ schedule, not enough room, etc. However, I honestly beleive that the majority of complaints i heard from other clientele during my stay, were less to do with the facility itself, and more to do with their inability to cope with their own fear of discomfort and change, acceptance, problems with authority and rules, boredom/discontent, and a general negative outlook on life. At the end of the day, you'll get out of a program what you put in no matter what its like. Iron bridge is a fairly new facility, so there are kinks to be worked out. They are making active changes. Would recomend!
A good amount of staff, the BHAS, the counselors, the kitchen staff, the nurses- were kind and would go out of there way to help cater to individuals. Personally, i had Shay as a counselor, and she was very honest and helpful with resources. I also really enjoyed whenever Kim would do group, or speak. Other noteworthy staff- BHAS Mica, Sanah, Ed, Joe, Dom, Keesha, Phenon ( sp?), Miss Earl, and more that im probably forgetting. Nursing staff- Dedra, Robin, Meg, Sam, and so many of the other dosing nurses that unfortunately i cannot remember the names of, lol. Housekeeping, Ms.Sharon!! The kitchen staff- both Mikes, steven!!, and rayray. Food was always good quality, and i was specifically nervous about that part. Im an extremely picky eater, with sensory issues (ARFID). I filled out a form my first day with dietary restrictions and preferences, and always had an alternative option if I didnt like what was being served. Thank you for that! Never went hungry. Also if there were leftovers, seconds were provided. There are snacks in between meals, and a microwave. Coffee avaliable in the cafeteria every meal time, and majority of the time in the loungue. With all that being said, we also had weekly community meetings where clients could come to staff, including the CEO with any issues and offer solutions. And just in the 35 days i was there, i can say atleast 2 new solutions were implemented. I just returned a week later to the facility, as alumni- for the alumni meeting. The alumni coordinator ( Susan Gill) for iron bridge is AMAZING. She was the facilitator for 2 groups a week while I was in treatment, and I looked forward to them! She definetly brought a needed authenticity and perspective on the disease of addiction, the root cause, the solution, and has multiple weekly meetings you can attend once you complete the program and discharge. She also plans events for us to attend after discharge. Both being extremely important to long term recovery from addiction, as they offer a platform to spend time actually enjoying life clean, and maintaining consistency and accountability. I was informed tonight at the alumni meeting about even more solutions and changes being implemented, already, that were being mentioned in my last week. To me, that is very impressive and I commend them. I definitely recomend!
