Icarus Alcohol & Drug Rehab New Mexico

Icarus Behavioral Health was a very nice establishment for treatment. The house is beautiful with a garden and an outdoor area to play basketball and run around the track. Rogelio was the most helpful staff member. He is very polite and respectful although new to being a therapist you can tell he really cares about all the clients wellbeing and tries to take care of everyone’s needs while keeping a safe environment. The groups he runs are the best out of all the groups being run throughout the day. This was a positive experience for me and a great stepping stone on my journey. I am grateful for Icarus Behavioral health and my journey starting here.

Icarus is a good place for recovery. The staff is great and really do care about us in recovery. All the people there are what makes it such a great place. The bonds I made will last a life time. I tried to get clean on my own so many times and failed. I'm blessed to be a part of this program. I'm truly grateful!!

My fiance' recently was discharged from Icarus and we are so happy with the help they gave him to beat his addiction. All of the staff were great. His therapist Melissa was especially amazing and had such an impact on not only his healing but healing our relationship. It is good to know that people like her and the others care enough to help people make such amazing changes in their lives.

so if your reading this do your self a favor and come here if your really interested in changing this is the right place for it. The staff are amazing and patient they understand everyone is going through something different and they take their time to actually help you with your issues. when I went in I was lost and confused, lost in psychosis I didn't know what was real and what wasn't. Inside the rehab everyone understood at least a little bit of what I was going through unlike when I would talk to my family about it they didn't get it they just thought I was crazy. everyone at Icarus helped in my recovery I made some good bonds with people and exchanged stories that you just cant with normal non addiction people no one will get what your going through like your fellow house mates.I went in there scared for my life literally thinking people were out to harm me, I want to take this moment specifically to thank a counselor from here her name is Roxanne she really helped pull me out from the deep end of my addiction and mental health problems.Matter fact the whole staff did their part as well. I wanted to wait a while before writing this review to make sure i didn't get billed or scammed and they kept their word my insurance did their part and they did theirs.I honestly cant recommend a better place for you to heal and learn don't think your coming into a crappy place either the home is beautiful and full of activities it helps with the mental side of things as it is hard to be away from your family but very wellworth it forsure one of the best decisions I have made in my life. sorry for this review being so long to read but they deserve alot more praise then this.

I’m grateful for Icarus. They went above and beyond! They helped my family member who is now sober six months. get her life back. They treated her like family. They showed a lot of compassion. They were able to get to core issues and help her through some of her trauma. Able to show on have fun again in life. I would recommend this facility to anybody looking to get help.
