Hope Harbor Wellness

Hope Harbor has been the best of the best resources for my recovery journey. They have let me take full advantage of very resource available to me here at HH. My therapist was the best pick for me, the staff was always very accommodating to my need and the facility met every need I had on my journey here at Hope Harbor. I'm extremely excited and proud to be an Alumni at Hope Harbor and will be back to share my progress onside of Hope Harbor. Last, if I could, I would love to serve my fellows here at Hope Harbor in any compacity. Thanks so much for the hope, love, honesty, trust, support and life style change that you have given me from my start Memorial Day 2025 till now 10/22/2025.

As a loved one of mine was going through an extremely difficult time. When I reached out to Hope Harbor they were nothing but kind to us. They helped get me LO on track with meds, therapy and support. Bethany in particular went over and beyond her duties and was active in updating the family and showed genuine concern for the patients. I would refer them to anyone in need.

I am eternally grateful for the staff as well as my therapist Sydney and big man Josh I needed to get out of my house and move into the apartments provided here and they got me there that same night which I am also very grateful for that. The staff is efficient and on top of a lot of stuff here. They are very helpful. I’m so grateful to have been accepted here.

The journey of my recovery has definitely been a rollercoaster. I had to be court ordered to a program for a year. With devastation, I packed my bags and entered Hope Harbor hopeless and full of resentments for myself and the ones around me. To my surprise, this year has been the biggest blessing I could have received. The staff at Hope Harbor care about their clients and helped me cope immensely with my situation. As funny as it may seem, the clients and staff became like a second family to me. The groups are set to help those dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues, and it did just that. I’ve not only seen my life change before my eyes, but I’ve seen other clients excel and become an even more beautiful version of themselves. Self love is something many battle with daily, but the staff encourage and show clients different ways to show love for themselves and others. I have been inspired and filled with honor to witness the change in others and myself. Thank you for everything Hope Harbor. I would recommend this place above all others.
