What Our Patients Say About Us
Reviews
I've recently completed a 90+ day stay at Hope Harbor Wellness, and I was thoroughly impressed. I particularly enjoyed the group sessions, especially the night sessions. The facilitators who headed group therapy were welcoming and engaging both day and night. The wide range of nurses and techs on hand were incredibly courteous and professional, and my therapists were excellent at listening, delving deep into underlying issues, and were easily accessible to me. I also appreciated and very much enjoyed the red light therapy offered at this facility. Many thanks to all the staff for all of their help, expertise and overall caring nature. I highly recommend Hope Harbor!
My experience with Hope Harbor Wellness is/was for a twelve week program that primarily focuses on addiction. The ease and clarity of the intake process was really good for the most part. They were able to quickly find room in their program for me but it did take a few days to get clarity on the structure for what my program would look like. That was probably more due to my anxiety of figuring out a plan and trying to control things :). I can only image on the backend the juggling process approving someone quickly and then trying to structure a detailed plan of recovery for a stranger. The staff for the most part has been very helpful and professional. They are welcoming, understanding, and knowledgeable. Some will even tell their own stories or experience in recovery. I won't brag on those specific individuals but they know who they are LOL. These days we all have either been there, know someone who has, or know someone who needs help. Just like any place there can be room for improvement. My experience is they really care and when certain issues are brought to their attention they try their best to address them and strive to keep their clients/patients/participants recovery the priority. Safety was not a concern at their offsite housing and transportation they provide is dependable. So, yes I would recommend Hope Harbor depending on what a person specifically needs. They do their best to accommodate everyone but it really comes down to the individuals attitude and willingness to grow. If you have a little patience sometimes and want to change this is good place to start your recovery journey.
Kaitlen Harden is one of the most heart felt in this community that I know, everything she does, she does with compassion and integrity. I trust her and her program and can reference her without a second doubt. I highly reccomend Hope Harbor Wellnsss, they are in it for the persons total health and wellbeing.
Hope Harbor wellness taught me lessons that I use in daily life. I didnt always listen to the lessons, it took me a while to start applying the things i learned and I admit, im glad I came here. The people I met and interacted with were the best times I had, sitting in clinical all day was difficult, but necessary
